This great 2 bedroom/1 bathroom ground-floor beach-themed apartment is only two blocks from the beach and mouth of the world-famous Kenai River. This adorable apartment is fully furnished with full kitchen, large living room, and includes fast WiFi. Bedrooms have blackout curtains and wonderful duvet bedding. Covered parking and coin-op laundry onsite. Three minutes to downtown Kenai, the Kenai Visitors Center, Old Town Kenai, The Reading Corner, summer Saturday Market and groceries stores. Great family fishing trip

We loved the attention to detail and hospitality of the the unit. It was surprisingly quiet even though it was very near to everything. It was clean and well decorated. Beautiful place - we would definitely stay here again!

Very modern and clean accommodations. Located in a quiet area. Great park across the street for the kids. Walk to the end of the block and take the stairs down to the beach. We would definitely stay here again.

Great Location

The location was perfect for a family, across the street was a wonderful park for the kids to run off some energy. The apartment was clean and the beds were super comfy. The extra little touches were so cool, from the welcoming basket to the toiletries in bathroom. Definitely would stay here again the next time we come up to visit family.

Great for family

Worked really well for family of 4. Right across from a great park and blocks to beautiful beach. Quiet nice area. Great room was wonderful, comfy seating for all to watch TV. Only minor issue was a hassle to use coin op laundry in hallway, we don’t usually carry much in quarters, had to drive to gas station for quarters. Otherwise highly reccommend.

Boys trip

We rented two units and had a blast. Insulation in these condos is great as we didn’t hear folks staying above us. With six fairly loud guys laughing and telling fish stories, I hope we weren’t too loud for them too. Definitely will be coming back.

Why they chose this property

I LOVE the location of this unit. I lived here for two years before purchasing the building. I love the central location so much that when my family outgrew our apartment, I purchased our house right around the corner. I love being so close to the beach and downtown.
