New to our portfolio!
Nestled among the fields, this newly built Balinese-style holiday villa offers modern amenities and professional staff providing exclusive service just for you. The tranquil Bali Sea is just 50 metres from this paradise, and you can walk to the beach in just 2 minutes.

= We offer our guests a complimentary first breakfast. It’s so easy to start your holiday! =

The Villa:
The property consists of three wooden houses, known as Joglos. By distributing the two bedrooms across two buildings, you can enjoy plenty of privacy—ideal when travelling with family or friends. To relax, the swimming pool with sun loungers and a gazebo is at your disposal. Enjoy your private garden. This luxury villa can accommodate up to 5 guests in its 2 bedrooms; this is because the first bedroom (65 sqm) has an extra bed in addition to the large double bed. The second bedroom (25 sqm) also has a large double bed but is slightly smaller. Both bedrooms are located in separate wooden pavilions and open onto individual balconies with private seating areas. Each bedroom features a very luxurious en-suite bathroom.

The villa is set in a beautiful, large tropical garden and features a stunning private pool measuring 10 x 5 metres. Comfortable sun loungers are situated next to the pool. The upper terrace features a yoga platform. The villa is located next to a small villa resort. The villa is not part of the resort, but guests can use the resort’s restaurant and other amenities for a fee.

The villa was completely renovated in 2021, with work just completed in 2022. It is a modern home brimming with contemporary comforts. But the villa owner has done a wonderful job of preserving Bali’s traditional styles and architecture. The fusion of contemporary luxury with these traditions makes this holiday villa truly unique.

The living/dining room is spacious. It is open on all sides, keeping you close to the villa’s best feature—the outdoor space. There are sofas with deep cushions for your comfort and a table that can seat all the guests. On one side, there is a bar with high chairs. The kitchen is very well-equipped and modern, with all the amenities you need.

Staff:
The staff consists of kind and friendly people. As a guest, you have private staff dedicated to the villa. There is a gardener/pool attendant, security personnel, a freelance driver, and a housekeeper who is also an excellent cook. She can prepare both Indonesian and some Western dishes. The staff has a great sense of humour and goes out of their way to make you feel comfortable, ensuring you have an unforgettable stay.

The cost of the staff, taxes, and gas/electricity are included in the rent, as is the preparation of all meals; only the groceries for the food are at your own expense (except for the first breakfast). For your convenience, the staff can do all the shopping. You’ll need to give them money in advance so they can go to the local market. They will then provide you with receipts. The staff will only charge you a small fee to cover transport costs (petrol). Food prices are affordable, and the cost of living is still lower in this northern part of Bali.

Massages, spa treatments, and beauty treatments can be arranged at any time in the comfort of the private villas. A variety of tours, including diving, hiking, sightseeing, and agritourism, can also be organised upon request. Staff are available to assist with any catering, transport, laundry, and babysitting needs.

After booking, we will send you a welcome letter with all the details about the villa (and other "good to know" information) and an information guide to Bali with more background on the villa, the staff’s services, and great suggestions for things to do and see in the area. You’ll find additional brochures and information inside the villa.

=Treat yourself to the luxury of this villa and let our staff pamper you and your guests.=

Explore:
You’re right next to West Bali National Park, with its rich coral reefs and tropical rainforest. There are plenty of opportunities for hiking to waterfalls and hot springs, touring impressive temples, visiting coffee plantations, dolphin watching, snorkelling, or scuba diving. There is a water park in nearby Seririt, a water sports centre near Lovina, and fishing, diving, and snorkelling trips can be arranged.
