Pretty good location with restaurants and bars walking distance. Apartment was dirty. Sink was leaking and the host knew about it as they put a tub underneath the sink to catch the water, but the tub overflowed multiple times a day throughout the stay. Faint smell of cigarettes. Back door doesn’t lock. I provided host with our arrival time and had to wait an additional 15 minutes before I was met by the employee with the key. Hopefully host issues partial refund as I requested.

I found the neighborhood to be dynamic but quiet, very picturesque with lots of trees, and stores, the merchants around are very nice and the metro station is right around the corner, with access to other stations and trains. For those who like to walk, it's about a 20-30 minute straight walk to the Atocha Station and Museums.Check-in was very smooth, I was in contact via WhatsApp and had no issues with comunication. The bedroom is very small, with a queen size bed. The bathroom is modern and clean. Nice fridge, oven, microwave & stove.

Très bonne localisation, un peu a l’extérieur du centre mais très facile avec le métro à quelques pas. Propre et spacieux, le lit est inconfortable.
