Welcome to this charming cottage! Set in a great central location with very easy access to the whole of central Scotland, Maryland Cottage has been lovingly furnished and decorated to ensure a very comfortable and relaxing break. Ideally suited to either two couples or a small family, the unusual layout features a long living space at the front of the cottage, overlooking the garden and hills beyond. This is a lovely sunny room, with wooden floor and space for dining. Outside, the large, enclosed wrap-around gardens surround the cottage and feature sitting-out areas designed to make the most of the sunshine.

The cottage is just a couple of miles from Bridge of Earn, with a good selection of shops and eateries and with great access links to Edinburgh, Glasgow and Dundee. The city of Perth is just a 5 mile drive away and has a wealth of tourist and cultural attractions. The cottage is on the border between Perthshire and Fife where golfers are spoilt for choice with Kings Barns and Carnoustie easily reached, and half way between St. Andrews and Glen Eagles. But if golf is not your thing, the pretty East Neuk is full of quaint fishing villages - a perfect place for a day out by the sea. Beach 25 miles.
