YourHouse Casa Laura, villa with private pool near Artà

Welcome to Casa Laura, a lovely villa in the East of Majorca, near the town of Artà and lots of amazing beaches. This house is perfect for up to 7 guests as it has 4 bedrooms.

Set 15 km from Cala Agulla, this fantastic house is in a quiet area, surrounded by fields. The picturesque village of Artà with the Sant Salvador church, restaurants and bars is only a short drive from the house. Furthermore, you can visit the village of Capdepera and its Castle and Cala Ratjada, which is famous for its nightlife. Both in Artà and Capdepara, you’ll find supermarkets and gas stations. It’s recommendable to visit the Artà Caves and the beaches nearby like Cala Mesquida and Cala Millor. A car is necessary.

You may start your day with a bath in the 5 x 8 metres sized chlorine pool with a depth ranging from 1.1 to 2.4 metres. Surrounded by a terrace with 7 sun loungers, the pool has wonderful views over the countryside and the green hills of the Llevant area. The furnished terrace with mobile gas grill invites you to enjoy great al-fresco dining. Inside, you may relax in the living area with satellite-TV and dining area. The well-equipped kitchen offers an induction hob, a big fridge, a dining table and all necessary utensils for cooking. The house offers free Wifi, fans, a washing machine, a tumble dryer, a shower bath, a second bath with bathtub, a hair dryer and a cot on request. There are 4 bedrooms, one room with 2 twin beds, two with a double bed each and one single room.

To consider:

There's a tourist tax on the Balearic Islands, the so called Ecotasa. This fee is mandatory for all guests, except people younger than 16 years. The amount is 2.2 EUR per day and guest during the high season and 0.55 EUR per day and guest during the low season. During the high season, it reduces by half from the 9th night. The Ecotasa (tourist tax) will be charged to your Visa or MasterCard before arrival through a secure payment link. This payment is mandatory.

Important: as required by law, we need copies of the passports of every guest older than 16 years. We require these documents by email.

The damage deposit will be blocked on your credit card through a secure payment link. We’ll return the deposit within 7 days after check-out. The agency will send you the link via email.
