This cozy little apartment consists of an open-space living room, with a TV area and a sofa for relaxing and watching a movie at the end of the day, and a dining area with a table for 4. Across from the table, the kitchen is complete with appliances and everything you need to prepare lunches and dinners just like at home, whether for vacation or business stays.
The living room becomes a sleeping area thanks to the foldaway double bed (The bed is a drop-down bed and the pillows with the duvet are in the wardrobe/cupboard).
There is also a small balcony furnished with a small table and chairs to stay outdoors and enjoy the mild Ticino climate in all seasons!
A bathroom with shower completes the apartment.
Quality bedding, towels and a courtesy kit are provided.
We also leave a gift basket with some necessary items for your first breakfast.

From PURPLE STUDIO, the city center is just 10 minutes away on foot: reach it by walking along the main Via Simen or pass through the streets surrounding the famous Visconti Castle. The long Motta Lake is 1.5km away, while with a simple half-hour trek you can reach the Sanctuary of Madonna del Sasso.
How to arrive:
If you arrive by car: The Lake Maggiore region can be easily reached by car: from the South on the motorway from Milan to the Swiss border in Chiasso-Brogeda, then on the A2 motorway towards the North, following the signs for the Gotthard and passing through Mendrisio, Lugano, Bellinzona (branch to Locarno and Lake Maggiore, reachable in a few minutes), up to Airolo. From the north using the A2 motorway to Bellinzona (exit Bellinzona south, then follow the signs to Locarno and Lake Maggiore). From the North also through the Sempione, following the E62 to Domodossola, and then follow the signs for Locarno and the SS337 (Vigezzo Valley).
If you arrive by train: Locarno train station is just a few minutes' walk from Piazza Grande, the heart of Locarno, and is therefore easily accessible on foot, even with luggage.
