Die Villa ist sehr groß, hell, komfortabel, modern eingerichtet und wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Bei der Ausstattung im Küchenbereich und generell haben wir nichts vermisst. Auch der Außenbereich ist toll, hier haben wir gegessen mit Blick auf Weinreben und Olivenbäume. Die August-Hitze war für uns gut zu ertragen dank der Klimaanlagen in allen Bereichen und auch das Wasser im Pool war jederzeit erfrischend.

What can i say......An absolute fantastic host and property, with absolutely no negatives at all. The check in was easy and Elena sent co-ordinates to find the property and even send a video filming her driving the drive way and showing where the keys were kept. Although Elena lives next door ( about 100 yards away) , she respects your privacy and we only saw her twice, when checking in and out but she remained in contact by whatssap, asking if every thing was fine. The property itself is fantastic and completely silent in beautiful countryside ( the sunsets are amazing ) , it has a huge kitchen, 2 big bedrooms ( one with an en-suite ) and another bathroom with a shower and bath, it also has a washroom with all amenities and the best of all a fantastic outdoor area with loads of seating and a great pool with sunbeds. It is islolated and you will need a car ( although you can walk to the nearest village , with a bus stop , which is about 1.5 miles away and is walkable ). The area is brilliant for visiting all the great towns and villages in Tuscany , such as Siena ( 45 mins ), Cortona ( 30 mins ), Montepulciano ( 45 mins ), San Gimignano ( 90 mins ) and Arezzo which is on the bus route from Rigutino and is about 20 mins away. I have stopped in many properties on VRBO and can honestly say, this is the best overall. If you are looking for a base for Tuscany , then really look know further for a great relaxing stay, with a perfect host

Schönes, gut ausgestattetes Ferienhaus bei Arezzo. Sehr freundliche Vermieterin. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen.
