Preis Leistung vollkommen in Ordnung.

Klimaanlagen wurden neu installiert, weshalb die Sicherungen oft geflogen sind, da diese für eine dauernutzung nicht ausgelegt sind. Zudem war die Spülmaschine nicht 100% funktionsfähig und es musste oft nachgespült werden. Das Fenster im Bad war zugemauert, sodass kein natürliches Licht eintreten konnte. Des Weiteren hatten wir im neuen Bad ein Problem mit dem Abfluss. Dort waren Dichtungen verschlissen, welche wir kurzerhand selbst tauschen mussten. Hilfe vom Vermieter wurde aber umgehend angeboten. Das wlan war so la la. Im Wohnzimmer hatte man ganz guten Empfang, jedoch in manch anderen Räumen gar nichts. Nichtmal Mobilfunk. Außenanlagen sowie Zimmer waren aber top. Betten waren auch sehr bequem, duschen waren sauber und die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern vor Ort war einwandfrei.
