Place was exactly as advertised. Towels were soft and everything was great. Only negative was the bed was not so comfortable.

Le altezze dei soffitti non sono a norma. Io che sono alto 1 m e 68 cm toccavo i soffitti nelle pareti perimetrali. Non c'era alcun avviso di questi soffitti così bassi. Assolutamente fuori norma. La pulizia non era proprio impeccabile. Polvere un po' ovunque. Non c'era nessun genere di prima accoglienza. Un po' di caffè, due buste di the, condimenti ......solo un po' di zucchero e un po' di sale.

Ci dispiace leggere questo feedback Dimitri. L'appartamento si trova all'ultimo piano ed è mansardato. Questa informazione è indicata in fase di prenotazione di modo che i nostri ospiti ne siano al corrente. Le dimensioni della mansarda rispettano gli standard. Ci dispiace che la pulizia non fosse impeccabile, se ci aveste avvertiti saremmo intervenuti mandando l'impresa di pulizie per offrirvi un ripasso. Noi lasciamo solo un piccolo kit di benvenuto che include il caffè ma preferiamo non lasciare condimenti o qualsiasi altro genere alimentare per evitare sprechi. Speriamo di riavervi presto ospiti nei nostri appartamenti, il Team di Wonderful Italy
