We had a brilliant time. I was considering a 4 star score (I have a different definition of luxury), but then we encountered an unforeseen technical issue. And here's where the host can really make a difference. Ian was helpful, available and proactive. And pleasant to communicate with. So, all in all, well deserved 5 star review for a great week we spent here.

very good location. However bedrooms are exposed to street noise. Bikes and cars. perhaps double glazing on that side would be better. and roof noise proof. it takes some time to get used to the passage noise.

So happy we stayed here. This place is very comfortable especially with the private pool when you don’t feel like walking the 200 feet to the beach. This was closer to the beach than I thought which was a pleasant surprise. We had a party of 8 and this place fit us all perfectly. Paula welcomed us as soon as we got dropped off and took us directly to our Villa and explained everything we needed to know. It did cost us an extra ฿2,000 for electricity but that was our own doing because we like AC too much. The wraparound balcony on the second floor was a nice place to see the water and sunset. We highly recommend this Villa and will stay here anytime we are back in Koh Samui.
