This charming studio, decorated in shades of pink and silver, is located in a quiet area with all the necessary amenities, right on the city’s pedestrian zone and just 300 metres from Pablo Picasso’s birthplace.
The Alcazaba, the Roman Theatre, the Picasso Museum, the Thyssen Museum, the Pompidou Centre, the Cathedral, the iconic Larios Street, and the new entertainment district at the port—a favourite among all Malaga locals—are all about a 10-minute walk away, and the nearest beach is just 20 minutes away.

Any time of year is wonderful for enjoying Málaga, but being able to fully experience the city’s major events—such as Holy Week or the August Fair—just a stone’s throw away and without the inconvenience of the festival noise is a real advantage. Since the Cervantes Theatre is just 200 metres away, it’s also a convenient spot to enjoy the Málaga Film Festival.

It’s located on the second and top floor of a building with an lift. Two large windows facing the morning sun provide plenty of natural light throughout most of the day.

A spiral staircase leads to its cosy private terrace, facing southeast and situated above the apartment. Ideal for dining al fresco, relaxing in the sun, or simply enjoying sweeping views of the city centre…

Perfect location! Within walking distance of all the action. Restaurants galore, shopping, sightseeing. From the outdoor patio you can see the Gilbrafalo fortress on the mountain. This is a nice cozy apt in a secured building.

Angel was an excellent host. His communication leading up to our trip was great. He explained everything in email, to ensure we had all the information we needed. We were arriving in Malaga early , but this was not an issue. He arranged to meet us early and get us settled in. The apartment was spotlessly clean and fresh. It had everything that we would need during our 10 nights stay. The rooftop terrace was smashing with fantastic views over the city. Would highly recommend this property. Thank you Angel. 10/10.

The host was welcoming, helpful, professional and responsive. The studio apartment was perfect. Great design and veey well equipped. Ideal holiday apartment

Angel was a great host, he let us check in early and showed us around and how to use the appliances. The apartment is well maintained and well stocked and ideal for a couple. The sunny terrace is very private and has wonderful views over the cathedral. I highly recommend this apartment.

A pleasant stay

The studio apartment was in excellent condition and very clean and tidy. Everything was as described. Angel was a welcoming host. A pleasant stay with no complaints. Some minor suggestions for improvement: a power extension lead would be nice so a laptop on the table could access power, and a beach towel would also be useful.

Fabulous apartment

Fabulously maintained apartment with many additional items in the property. On this occasion we were able to have an early check-in which was very much appreciated. Great location for accessing nice tapas restaurants and bars. Met both the owner and his daughter. Past guests has left tea, coffee and more, again very much appreciated. Book shelf provided many happy hours of reading on the sun terrace which is private. Excellent value of a high standard.

great host, perfect communication, very clean tiny studio.. Les hôtes sont très accueillants, bienveillants et répondent rapidement aux questions. Le studio était propre et bien rangé. Les stationnements gratuits étaient plus difficiles d’accès mais un stationnement intérieur était disponible proche avec des frais de 25 par jour. Le studio était merveilleusement bien situé, à 15-20 minutes de marche du centre ville de Malaga. Disponibilité d’une buanderie tout près également.
