Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy

Paid, but property manager ghosted me.

I booked for and paid for a 9 night stay. No one was reachable and though I left both text and phone messages, no one from the property management team got back to me. Horrible experience running around London staying one night here, two nights there, etc., etc.
