Our property

- Villa Martina:
can accommodate up to 10 people and consists of two independent apartments that are not internally connected, located on the ground floor and the ground floor.
(3 people on the ground floor, 7 people on the ground floor and mezzanine)
-Villa Vanessa accommodates up to 4 people and also consists of two independent, non-connecting apartments located on the ground floor and the ground floor. (2 people on the ground floor, 2 people on the ground floor)

The pool (10x5 m, 1.50 m deep) is reserved exclusively for our guests.

Villa Le Calde has always been appreciated by guests seeking rest and relaxation, far from the hustle and bustle of the city, and who love nature.
Furthermore, this little paradise surrounded by greenery is strategically located for all your daily needs: about a 7- to 8-minute drive away, you’ll find a variety of supermarkets; on Saturdays, the weekly market is held right in the centre of Pescia, along with pharmacies, ice cream shops, excellent restaurants, and on summer evenings, you can take a beautiful walk along the Pescia River.
Just a 15-minute drive away is the Pescia train station, from which you can easily reach some of Tuscany’s most charming towns.
The property is located at an elevation of 170 m, accessible via a dirt road about 600 m long, and offers a spectacular panoramic view that takes in the entire valley

. It was created in response to requests from our beloved guests: we’ve carefully researched, designed, and built it to offer you an even more special experience.
Along the trail, you’ll find descriptions of the different tree species, combining nature and curiosity in a single walk.
