The villa Corossol-Marine is located in a small luxury residence in Ferry Deshaies. On either side of the residence, 2 small calm and family beaches of blond sand: Anse Leroux and Petite-Anse, are less than 400m away.

Creole luxury villa of 160m², accommodates 4 main rooms and enjoys a very beautiful view of the Caribbean Sea. It can accommodate 6 to 8 people.

She understands:

- A large living room open onto the terrace and enjoying the view of the swimming pool and the sea, with a lounge area including a flat screen TV,...

- A very well equipped American kitchen, open to the living room and the terrace + pantry with American fridge, dishwasher and washing machine.

- Parental suite with 1 double bed 140 with its bathroom and WC

- 1 bedroom with large double bed in 180

- 1 bedroom with 2 single beds and 1 140 cm BZ convertible (children / teenagers).

- 1 additional bathroom

- 1 separate toilet with hand basin

All rooms are air conditioned, have a set of towels, bath towels as well as sheets and pillowcases.

In Guadeloupe, life is mostly outdoors. This is why the living room of the Villa Corossol-Marine is open on the 25 m² terrace enjoying a very beautiful sea view with dining area.

The secure 50 m3 swimming pool (alarm) is nestled in the heart of a beautiful tropical garden where deckchairs await you for sunbathing.

A dream...

Beautiful house in an ideal location with two beaches within a few minutes' walk. The house is perfect, with everything you need and more. It is very spacious and tastefully decorated. The pool is great, and the view from the terrace fantastic. There are great facilities around, with a pizzeria and small grocery store just a few meters away and a lovely little bar/restaurant above the beach.

I had the pleasure of staying in Chris and Gina's villa in November 2021. The sea view is perfect and it enjoys a quiet position on a private cul-de-sac which has easy access to the coastal road for trips to Basse Terre in the south and Deshaies and the superb beaches to the north. The Villa's amenities were as described with all items very clean and in good condition with a strong, reliable wi-fi connection available. The air conditioning was excellent and the living room and open plan kitchen enjoyed sea breezes keeping temperatures to a very pleasant level. The private pool is kept thoroughly clean by Chris and is a very pleasant way to spend some relaxing hours of your holiday Access to grocery shopping is good with a choice of supermarkets within a 10-15 minute drive and other specialised shops are also available. Although there is no direct access from the villa to the coast, a pleasant 10-15 walk both to the left and right of the coastal road takes you to two beautiful beaches (or a 3-5 minute drive). If you enjoy the British TV show 'Death in Paradise' this villa gives easy access to the places where the scenes were shot including the stunning Plage de la Perle and Deshaies, the location for the bar scenes and the Police station. The hosts Chris and Gina were marvellous, providing support whilst still giving guests that essential privacy. During my time at the villa there was a strike and each morning I had a text from them as to my wellbeing and offering to source supplies if I needed anything. Excellent communications even with my poor French speaking skills. A lovely property in a beautiful part of the world hosted by two outstanding hosts. John Banks

Grande villa très agréable, grande terrasse vue mer , belle piscine très bien entretenue. Nous avons été accueillis avec un planteur , du jus de fruits, de la confiture et des yaourts fait maison. Gina est très agréable et de bons conseils.il y a un accès à une petite plage de galets, très agréable pour se baigner et voir les poissons.Cette villa est très bien équipée, vaisselle , plat , four , micro onde , cafetière , lave vaisselle, lave-linge , serviettes pour la douche , serviettes pour la piscine... Tout était parfait ! Merci Gina et Chris pour ce logement exceptionnel. A bientôt

Villa spacieuse et bien équipée. Belle grande piscine pour amoureux de la baignade et une vue magnifique sur la mer de la terrasse. Hôtes gentils, discrets, accueillants et accessibles. L'accès aux plages à proximité (Leroux et Petite Anse) se fait mieux en voiture qu'à pied.

Nous avons passé une semaine formidable dans cette villa. Idéalement situé pour profiter de la côte magnifique de la Basse Terre, et de ses montagnes et cascades. On recommande les couchers de soleil depuis la petite crique au bout de la rue. Gina nous a très bien accueillis, et Chris a entretenu la piscine avec soin et discrétion.Bref, on recommande chaudement cette location !

Très bien situé

Grande maison, magnifique vue, belle piscine. Nous nous attendions à autre chose concernant l’accès à la mer, ce n’est pas une plage. Néanmoins nous avons passé un très bon séjour et les propriétaires ont toujours été réactifs.

Très charmant et convivial!

Superbe villa! La piscine est un atout qui a été très apprécié! Les hôtes sont très rapides pour répondre à toutes les questions. Prévoir des frais supplémentaires, ménage et taxes, et tous les consommables (incluant papier de toilette et sac de poubelles! ). La plage n’est pas une plage de sable, plus de rochers, donc pas très pratique pour relaxer. Il faut prendre la voiture pour avoir une plage de sable.

Bel environnement

Bel environnement autour de DESHAIES. Toutefois l'emplacement en bord de route est un peu bruyant aux heures de pointe ...Piscine un peu froide car abritée . Sinon moyen, un peu cher comparativement à celui qu'on a fait sur St Francois. Et surtout donner 80€ en sus et en especes arguant qu'ABRITEL ne souhaite pas ....c'est totalement faux ....et j'arrete là mon commentaire car je vais devenir très désagreable

excellent séjour

Très belle maison très bien entretenue, la terrasse est magnifique, nous avons bien profité des couchers de soleil. Piscine grande et propre, idéal pendant la sieste de la plus petite. La maison est idéalement située, à proximité de deux plages (prendre la voiture si enfants mais possible à pied), SANS SARGASSE! (peu de monde, plages avec poissons, quelques vagues, propres, et sans foule), bref l'ideal. L'endroit parfait pour rayonner sur basse terre (notre endroit préféré après avoir visité grande terre). Bref nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Chris et Gina ont été très disponibles et toujours prêts à rendre service (je ne peux que vous conseiller le repas créole proposé). Encore un grand merci pour tout!

A wonderful place in Paradise

C'était notre première visite en Guadeloupe - et quelle merveilleuse surprise. C'est un si bel endroit avec des gens gentils et généreux. Nous nous sommes vraiment sentis les bienvenus partout où nous sommes allés. Le point culminant a été la Villa hébergée par Gina et Chris. Ils étaient si gentils avec nous et serviables - malgré mon "pas très bon" français. La propriété est magnifique et parfaitement entretenue. Nous avons été accueillis le premier soir par Chris avec un repas fabuleux et une bouteille de "Planters" - le délice de la boisson locale de l'île. Nous sommes trois couples adultes et il y avait beaucoup de place pour que nous puissions vraiment profiter de la villa, en particulier de la véranda qui offre une vue parfaite sur la mer, le coucher de soleil et le fameux éclair vert !! Nous avons toujours eu une bonne expérience avec VRBO mais c'était le meilleur de tous les temps !!

vacances de rêve!

Excellentes vacances à Deshaies dans cette superbe villa bien équipée dans un quartier calme. La vue sur mer est exceptionnelle permettant des apéros inoubliables face à des couchers de soleil fantastiques! La villa est très bien entretenue ainsi que la piscine et le jardin. Les propriétaires Chris et Gina sont très accueillants, nous ont donné pleins de conseils pour nos vacances, et leur repas du premier soir était excellent! Les deux plages toutes proches à pied sont superbes ( Leroux et petite Anse) et ce n'est pas les activités sympas qui manquent dans les environs! Encore merci à Chris et Gina, nous sommes enchantées par notre séjour à Deshaies, on recommande ++ le club des 7 super copines ;)

Séjour memorable

Sommes arriveés en Guadeloupe le 28 juillet 2016 pour un séjour d'une semaine à la villa Corrossol. Nous avons été accueillis par Chris et Gina à bras ouverts. Les installations étaient parfaites et quoi dire de la piscine....les enfants (et les grands) ont tout simplement adorés! Gina et Chris nous ont donné de bons conseils pour les activités, les restaurants et ont tout fait pour faciliter notre séjour. La vue était tout à fait magnifique et quoi dire des plages environnantes....un vrai paradis. Vous serez charmé par cette belle villa!

Une valeur sûre !

3ème séjour dans cette villa très agréable. Belle vue sur la mer, dans un environnement luxuriant paradisiaque. Accueil discret et attentif de Christian et Gina, un vrai plus pour la villa..... Cette année, au grand plaisir des enfants, il y avait un table de ping-pong. Pour les plats à emporter, nous conseillons le Mahina et Passion Créole, là où nous avons pris l'habitude d'aller. Une villa à recommander, et à consommer sans modération !
