The view is breathtaking, thanks to its location just 7 metres from the sea.<br>The terrace is very spacious and features a table and chairs where you can enjoy lunch overlooking the sea and the garden.<br><br><br>(The house also has a private garden) as well as a spacious courtyard where the family can play <br><br>Back inside, the kitchen is furnished with cabinets, chests of drawers, and a spacious table <br>. There’s also a sofa that converts into a double bed <br>. Guests have access to a 34-inch 4K Ultra HD Smart TV and free Wi-Fi.<br><br> The kitchen is equipped with a gas stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, and all other necessary kitchenware. The furnishings are rounded out by a table and chairs for peaceful dining. Upon arrival, guests will find a bottle of water to quench their initial thirst.<br><br>The apartment also features two bathrooms with windows (one of which is finished in fine marble)—practical and functional, with a spacious shower stall, toilet, sink with mirror, hairdryer, and a welcome kit including soap and shower gel. There are also various storage compartments for your personal belongings. <br><br>Sheets, blankets, a comforter, and two sets of 100% cotton towels are provided. Check-out must take place no later than 10:30 a.m. on the day of departure.<br><br>Access codes and other information will be provided 24 hours before arrival.<br><br>Please respect the rules of communal living by keeping the spaces clean and observing quiet hours from 11:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
