VACANZA COMPLEX(Levante Beach) Apartment on a luxury complex.

You are a wonderful family with fabulous childrens. As I mentioned after your complaint about the hot water, the bathtubs in our apartments are the largest size manufactured for residential use and have a capacity of approximately 400 liters or more. The water heaters manufactured for residential use in Spain are the ones we have in our apartments, which provide approximately 100 liters per hour. Therefore, it is not possible to fill such a large bathtub completely with hot water as you wanted. Some of our blankets are two years old and others are five years old. They are used by no more than eight families per year. New blankets, after being used by a few families, lose their new appearance, even if they are new.

You mentioned, it's your first time in Benidorm, and I don't think you realize that 80% of the tourist apartments on Levante beach are very old, most of them over 70 years old and unrenovated,very small,some still with old pine furniture. Calling this apartment simple is unbelievable. My apartments are among the best in Benidorm. Just this same week I had three english couples in their forties stay in two apartments booked through another site,they had problems at a 4-star hotel and were relocated in my apartments and as soon as they walked in they said "wow," what beautiful apartments, like home away from home. They asked me for my details upon arrival and departure because they want to come back in the summer with their kids. I personally checked the sheets you had, and they're from the last batch purchased two months ago. They've only been used by two or three families. They're bought from a company that only makes high-quality linens for hotels.The gray bath towel is made of realy good quality Egyptian cotton and is quite thick. The bath towels aren't new, but they're in perfect condition, in my opinion. Pillowcases are made by the same company that makes linens for the Spanish NHS,they're practically new. Linens made now aren't as thick as they used to be, and just because they're not as thick as what you have in cold northern European countries doesn't mean they're very worn or in bad condition. We only advertice one bedroom apartments at this website(VRBO) so you could not book a 2 bedroom apartment,and obviously you never paid for a 2 bedroom apartment.You paid for a 1 bedroom apartment wich is what you booked.We have 2 bedroom apartments available on request but cost more that what you paid,mainly in Easter week wich prices are higher. You were offer the option of use another pool while the repairs.And also the small pool was open too. Easter weeek it is a realy busy periode and ocasional noise from another apartment can happend,but that is not a regular thing. Thanks for your stay at our complex.You are a lovely couple.

All our paid services are advertised and visible before booking. The sunbeds need maintenance, repairs, and storage costs, and what we charge for them is only to cover those expenses; we do not make any profit from them.At the beach, 20 euros only covers around two days for sunbeds,with us you get cover a full week. And that secure to have your sunbeds all day during your vacation without having to get up early or run and fight for sunbeds like in some hotels.You did the check out at 3 AM free of charge.Mayority of apartments companys charge for check in/out at that time around 50 to 100 euros.That money you save with us more that cover what you paid for the sunbeds. You can use the small pool from 9 AM while they clean the big pool.Such a big area and pool need time to get clean and ready daily,and staff can not start earlyer to avoid make too much noise on early hours.In high season,Juy and August  big pool opens earlyer and close later.The complex have the big pool available longer hours that mayority of hotels.It close around 3 hours later than many hotels.Your wife ask me on check out for our details,as she said she will recommend us us to friends and family and she mentioned you will be back.We will love to see you back then we will do our best with you.You were a very nice family.

Alle informatie over de verwarming die extra kost als deze wordt geboekt, staat in de advertentie op VRBO. Zoals je daarover bij vertrek zei, was ik verrast omdat geen enkel ander gezin het nodig had of om verwarming vroeg, omdat het weer net zomer was. en we hadden veel gezinnen omdat we de hele winter volgeboekt waren. Je was hier van half februari tot eind maart, dus het was prachtig weer, geen verwarming nodig!.Met een korting van ongeveer 40% op de prijzen. Als u in de wintermaanden betaalde, zou het onmogelijk zijn om gratis verwarming aan te bieden, het zou meer winst voor ons zijn om de appartementen in de winter te sluiten. Hoe dan ook, aangezien u had geboekt om in oktober terug te keren voor 4 weken, weet u nu de staat van de verwarming.Bedankt voor uw verblijf in onze appartementen en voor uw nieuwe boeking voor volgend jaar oktober.
