The rustic yet elegant villa is spread over two levels, with the upper floor accessed by a separate staircase at the side of the property. Entering through the private front gates, guests will find parking for two cars. The ground floor welcomes guests with a cozy lounge area featuring an open fireplace, leading to an indoor dining space with large doors opening to the terrace. The spacious kitchen has a separate doorway leading to the garden. On this level, there are three en-suite bedrooms: a master bedroom with a king-sized bed, a twin room, and a children's room with bunk beds. All bedrooms are light-filled and offer fantastic views of the beautiful gardens.



Outside, guests can enjoy a private pool with ample surrounding space for sunbeds—perfect for soaking up the sun in comfort and privacy.



The upper floor features four more bedrooms: a double bedroom, two twin rooms, and a second children's room with bunk beds. Two additional shared bathrooms on this floor offer ample built-in storage.



The surrounding gardens are a true highlight, offering peaceful walks through pine forests and open fields that lead to the sandy beach. The beach also features a fantastic beach bar, perfect for enjoying delicious food and cocktails throughout the warmer months (opening dates available on request). A supermarket is just 1km from the property, and several bars and restaurants are within easy reach. Guests will also enjoy quick access by car to a variety of coastal destinations, with world-class restaurants, cultural landmarks, and stylish designer spots nearby. There’s no shortage of activities to enjoy, whether you're seeking relaxation or adventure.



Inside the villa, guests have access to over one thousand TV channels in multiple languages, including English, Swedish, French, and Russian. BT Sports, Sky Movies, and all Sky Sports channels are included, along with an extensive selection of free movies and box sets.
