Another brilliant stay here. Second time visiting Neil and Della's place this year and another great trip. Very clean comfortable villa, nice and peaceful and a fantastic heated pool. Newly renovated bathrooms were fantastic too. Very close to Murcia airport so an easy journey both ways.We didn't venture too far on this trip but would still recommend a car to get around - 15 mins into Murcia for supplies, though the shop on site is pretty well stocked and reasonable in price. Communications have been great throughout both our stays and we'd love to come back again in the future.

Excellent villa, really clean including the pool which was sparkling. Bathrooms are beautiful and the air con works really well. Spacious rooms with a comfy leather sofa and two chairs, although the kitchen is small and galley style so couldn't really take more than two of you :-) Large American style fridge freezer and well stocked with pans etc. Loads of glassware in the cabinet but really fine wine glasses so stuck to the plastic beakers instead. There is a Senseo coffee pad machine but the local supermarkets don't stock them but there is a cafetiere. Pool is smallish and has a steep slope from shallow to deep which was fun until you are used to it. There is also no handrail at the steps for those with mobility issues. Also no working safe for passports etc which the owners are aware of but the resort is quiet and seems lovely. Just the clubhouse for meals but was reasonably priced and welcoming with a good range of food including tapas. Only here for the week but would love to return. A lovely villa.

Our second time at this Villa, and it was perfect again. It has everything we could possibly want with a great view of the golf course. We especially enjoyed the new sunbeds.

Absolutely fantastic holiday here, the property was perfect for us (family of 4). Clean villa, great spot overlooking a golf course, very quiet around us and made sitting out in the sun relaxing. Heated pool was a huge hit for us, especially the kids. Comfortable beds and furniture throughout and having satellite TV was excellent for catching up with the sports results. Della was in touch back and forth with us during the booking and through the holiday, very easy to deal with and we were able to go in early on arrival day which was fantastic after an early morning flight. Would recommend a car (which we had) as it's a bit more remote, however just a few minutes off the main road into Murcia (15-20 mins drive). Small supermarket on site which is well stocked and about a 15 minute walk away. We'd love to come back again and are already looking at flights for a return booking. Would highly recommend to anyone.

Perfect for Golf

The Villa and location was perfect for our golfing getaway. Great view of the course and everything we needed for a relaxing, golfing holiday. The weather was perfect, couldn't believe how warm it was and being able to sit outside in the sun in a tshirt in December. Will definitely be back to El Valle in the near future.

El Valle vacation

This is the second time we’ve stayed in one of Della & Neil’s houses on El Valle. They are furnished to a high standard and are very comfortable. Della and Neil are very accommodating, always contactable if needed and extremely helpful. Would highly recommend and will happily stay again.

Wonderful villa

A spacious villa with cooling in all rooms, great atmosphere indoors and out. Luxurious floors, bathrooms and wooden shades all around. The golf resort itself is well kept and gave us a great “homy” feeling. The restaurant is great: the terrace view and the staff were great. Visit Cartagena, Murcia, beautiful beaches and wonderful nature..

Lovely villa for a family holiday.

Communication with Della prior to our stay was perfect, with all our questions answered. Check in process very straightforward and clear instructions given. Location is far away from the hustle and bustle, but close enough to all surrounding areas. Villa was clean and well maintained with all the added extras you would want for a fun and joyful family holiday. Pool was a godsend on those hot days, and the on site shop ideal for essentials and more. Would highly recommend staying here to all.

The villa was excellent and had all the amenities you need

The overall holiday was excellent. The villa and the surrounds were superb. It would have made it even better if the pool was heated, but you can't have everything. It was easy to drive to many parts of Murcia, so you would need a car to get to any attractions in the local area, as the Golf complex is a bit remote. We felt very safe as the entrance to the complex is manned 24 hours a day. The club house and facilities, were very good, and the food was of a good standard.

September 21 Holiday

Great communication from Della and her son . Nothing was to much trouble. Villa is priced correctly and good value . But the resort is quiet just as we expected. Pool cleaned twice while we were there so that was great . We will be back Della, Many Thanks, Jim & Bridget.

Perfect everything exactly as described

The villa was exactly as described and had everything needed. Wifi connection good, tv excellent, golf club bar and restaurant good golf club food. The owners could Not have been more helpful. Every e mail question I sent was responded to quickly and above and beyond what was required down to directions to the airport last minute. Couldn't recommend the villa and the owners more highly. Thanks again for a top holiday
