Great location and great amenities. My mother has a below the knee amputation and was able to enjoy the main floor of the cabin, though the master bed was a bit high for her to easily get in/out of and the dining table inside is bar height, so we rolled her wheelchair to one end for her to join us at meals. Great cabin for families with lots to do for the kids and plenty of space. The interior is all hard surfaces, so it's a bit loud, but, that's also expected with 3 kids.
Everything was perfect! It was clean and there was something to do from ages 11 to 44. We played a lot of air hockey, watched tv, enjoyed the outdoor fire pit, and all things the cabin had to offer. One of my personal favorites was going to to the Okie coffee shop and sitting on the back porch in the cool, Fall temps.

Loved this place!!
This rental was fantastic. Very clean, had everything we needed to cook meals and was a great comfortable place to stay. Highly recommend this rental. The owners did this place right when they furnished and built it. Will be coming back for sure. Thank you!
We loved the location and the cabin. The kitchen was fully stocked with cooking utensils, dinnerware, etc. The kids loved the hot tub, the wrap around porch and the campfire. The cabin was very clean. We did wish the air hockey table worked. Would definitely rent this cabin again.

Thank you for visiting the Tranquil Pines. I am glad that you enjoyed your stay.
This property did not disappoint! The house was beautiful and so clean! There were plenty of activities including ping pong, corn hole, and horseshoe. We will definitely be booking with them again! (Maybe the roads can get paved?)
We loved every second of our stay at this property. It was immaculate. The hot tub was perfect. It's true it was not hot on the first night, but I will take it knowing its a fresh tub of water just for our stay. The rec areas were great for our two teen family members and other kiddos. The back porch looks out into trees and is so calming and perfect for morning coffee and chats. Thanks for having us! It was a dream.

Thank you. We are glad that you made wonderful family memories at the Tranquil Pines Cabin.
I wish I could give this owner a good review…. However, I booked a cabin back on March 8, 2022, & they cancelled at 11pm the night before check-in BY TEXT. There was a weather related issue that affected the usage of water in the cabin, it was promised to be restored by 5 on 12/27. My check in was12/27 at 4, my family wouldn't be arriving until 12/28, instead of offering to push back the check in, I was only text messaged that the owner cancelled my reservation. They refunded the amount, but I was not able to see that money for up to 14 days. My family members took off of work, I was unable to book a stay even slightly similar to the cabin rental I had booked. The sad part is that the owner would not even answer their phone to discuss, address, or problem solve to see or offer a solution. They instead text messaged and seemed to have chalked it up as a small loss for themselves. There was no empathy, no apology for the position they have put me in and it was just really sad. I pray that they are never in the position they put me and my family in. I am sure to the owners of the company, we were just one customer that didn’t work out and they will make up for it in the summer with their cabin rentals. But to my family, we were in a position of scrambling to find something so that we could celebrate Christmas. I was looking forward to treating my family to a Christmas experience in this cabin, it is one of the SIX cabins that show to be wheelchair friendly (note: this cabin is not ADA ) — we were going to make it work, I had to book in March because the 6 cabins in this area go quickly and there were only 5 at that time. My suggestion to the owners: do better, be better… your customer service is lacking tremendously. To the families considering renting a cabin, you will want to note that compassion is non existent and the respect to the customer is also not there. It is one thing to take pride in your company & product, but I think this is a big indicator that the pride has worked out negatively for this owner, they are so prideful they cannot apologize. Unfortunately, I have the text messages to prove that the compassion is lacking for the consumer. I called three times after receiving the text to work out a solution. But they didn't even have the respect to answer their phone. I am embarrassed I was that desperate. I know that it has certainly opened my eyes as the customer, if you are booking w/this owner, make sure you have a plan B lined out.

The above review is not a review of the property. The reviewer never stayed at the property. Our area was recently hit with a natural disaster that affected hundreds of cabins, restaurants and other businesses. The cabins only water source (McCurtain Co Rural Water) was depleted due to extreme temperatures and power outages resulting in burst water lines and draining of the main water towers. This property as well as hundreds more lost water the afternoon before Jeri was scheduled to arrive. The entire community was in disarray over the situation. A mass text was immediately sent to all guests scheduled to arrive the following day apologizing that we had no means to properly clean the cabins from the previous guests and at this time there was no estimated time of water restore for the area. Guests were also advised to check back with us the following morning before leaving for their scheduled vacation for updates. All guests, with the exception of Jeri, were thankful for the updates and understanding of the situation. Jeri began demanding that we get the issue resolved that she had the reservation for months and that her group was going to come to the property anyway. I explained that the water situation was out of our control but if the water was restored that we would get the cabin cleaned for her ASAP but in the meantime she needed to make alternate plans. I offered to help her find accommodations out of the affected area for her group but she would not consider the option. After speaking to the water department again, we were informed that the area this cabin was not going to be restored soon. We notified VRBO of the situation and since we were under a State of Emergency by the Governor and no estimated time of water restore we were advised to cancel the reservation and issue a refund. There was never a guaranteed time that water would be restored as we were not given one. Jeri was given the same option as guests in our other cabins for a later arrival if water was restored but she stated that we had already ruined her vacation and would not take any offer into consideration. The water issue was resolved on the 3rd evening of her scheduled 4 night stay. All messages were returned but no new water updates were available for Jeri between 10:30 pm and 7 am. This situation was unfortunate for all involved and we are sorry for the inconveniences it has caused. We would never cancel a guests reservations unless no other solution was available.
This house was amazing! We were there with two other families and it had everything we needed. Wonderful views, a great outdoor space for the kiddos (with a ping pong table outside in a cool room!) we actually hardly left because we had so much fun. We will absolutely be booking here again. If I can suggest one thing it’s a better cheese grater () but truly we lacked for nothing. Thank you for a great spring weekend!
Everything about this rental was top notch. Nothing was spared. From the bedrooms, living area, covered porch around entire cabin, to the hot tub we were totally satisfied. It was a perfect time and my family could not have been any happier.
The cabin was amazing. It is very beautiful, well built, great layout, and plenty of great windows for viewing the outdoors. We enjoyed sitting out on the patio the most, it has plenty of seating for everyone. Great location for convenient access to shops, food, and entertainment. The roads into the cabin can be a bit rough so take your time if you have a lower sitting vehicle. The host is very responsive which is appreciated. We had a great time.
We really enjoyed the cabin, we were a little disappointed with all the spider webs outside. We live in a rural area, you can spray for bugs. We could have used some Kleenex and some Tupperware containers. A wine opener would have been nice to have. Overall, the inside was clean and comfortable.
The house was beautiful. Air hockey game had to be repaired while we were there, and PacMan game was missing a control. Cornhole game needs new bags, and pingpong room had no ventilation. Roads in neighborhood were awful! Drive slow. House was well equipped. Property manager was great, but working with VRBO was disappointing. Poor customer service.

Enjoy the stay but the cleanliness was questionable
My Wife and I observed the pillows had yellow stains on them and the comforter on the bed had Glitter all over it. The Game Room down stair outside was dirty, and the Refrigerator was leaking water which caused a bad odor. For the amount of money spent I expected better accommodations. Going back again is questionable...

Fun family place
We loved the house and property. The reason I didn't give 5 stars is that the location on VRBO was about 10-12 miles away from where the property was actually located. We only found out the actual location when we were given driving directions. When I pointed out the difference to the manager, she rather rudely told me I was wrong, but then did later admit the error was that VRBO hadn't been updated. Also, we paid extra to have firewood at the property, but the firewood left there would not burn. I reported this to the manager and all she did about it was to say no one else has complained about that before. We had to get our own starters and some more wood to get the fires going every day. The house was very clean and accommodated our family well, but for a house that big with 5 bedrooms and sleeping up to 12-14 people, we saw from pictures that there were not enough outside chairs so we had to bring our own. We still had a great time!
This was our 3rd time to rent a cabin in the Beavers Bend area! Although all the cabins have been good, Tranquil Pines was the best! The kitchen was very well stocked with appliances, pots and pans & dishware. The view was special because we had a family of deer that grazed in the yard every morning and evening. The amenities were all excellent! Can't wait to rent it again next year.
Having big bedrooms and big bathrooms and comfortable mattresses and pillows were a plus
We loved having outside and inside fireplace. Kitchen and living room were very spacious and open very ideal for gatherings. They had everything you needed in the kitchen and the Decour was absolutely beautiful
Beautiful property. We used every single amenity. Loved the wraparound porch, Loved how secluded it was, property managers responded quickly to all questions. We had a hard time working the TV's, but we're not technically savvy and hardly watched them anyway bc we were busy enjoying the Beautiful scenery, etc. We didn't want to leave and will definitely be back.
The house was a beautiful place to host my son’s 13th birthday party. The boys had so much fun playing the arcade game, air hockey, ping pong, hot tub and hide and go seek. The fire pit was nice for the adults to escape the noise of the kids playing!
