Super eco-friendly Athenian appartment that keeps the atmosphere of the 19th century, at the region of Exarchia in a lovely pedestrian street.

This 30sq.m house was fully renovated on the 8/2022, has a private back yard and belongs in a house that is characterized as "traditional monument Athenian house" by the ministry of Civilization.

Walking distance to metro, Archeological museum and the biggest park in Athens, bars, restaurants, lovely coffees, lycabetus and strefi hill.

Located in a lovely pedestrian street which is an ideal location to start exploring Athens and stay like a local!

The urban Athenian life is really interesting, i love my region exarchia cause it’s full of Theaters, restaurants, bars and it keeps the character of a real neighborhood where you can stay as a local.
