Experience peace and space in the middle of nature in your cozy holiday home with a covered terrace where you can spend quality time with your family and friends. The large spaces allow children to play and run freely. In the middle of the Netherlands, in one of the beautiful, extensive areas along the Maas, are the Zandmeren. Moreover, the recreation and nature reserve has been laid out on a floodplain with clear water, which offers a varied landscape. There is always something to do here, whatever the weather. For nature lovers walking and cycling, and plenty of beaches for water sports enthusiasts. In the cozy Kerkdriel you can do your shopping, and there are plenty of recreational opportunities in the area. In the open kitchen, you can prepare delicious meals for your loved ones and enjoy the meal in the dining room. The bedrooms are comfortable for providing peaceful sleep. You can park the car in the public parking lot.
For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters Reservations for groups of persons under 21 years of age are not permitted It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house This holiday home is available for recreational purposes only. Great Cozy Cottage

5 adults staying. The stairs to the second floor bedroom are steep, so consider this when booking. A great location for relaxation and a nice view to the lake.
