Très bon accueil et maison très agréable, avec toutes les commodités nécessaires. Située à proximité du village Fano, elle offre un cadre idéal pour se détendre et découvrir la région. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour et recommandons cette location avec plaisir.

Wir haben 2 wunderbare Wochen in dieser Villa verbracht. Das Haus liegt auf einem Hügel in Roncosambaccio ca. 3 km vom Strand/Pesaro/Fano entfernt, sehr ruhig. Dafür ist aber ein Auto dringend notwendig (die Straßen über die Hügel sind zum Teil leider in schlechtem Zustand) + event. ein (E-)Bike, mit dem herrliche Touren gemacht werden können. Sehr liebliche Landschaft. Zum Haus gehört ein wunderbarer „Garten“, eher Park (1-2 ha), sehr gepflegt, auch für Kinder ideal. Die Villa selbst bietet alles, was ein Selbstversorger benötigt. Wir haben schon in vielen Häusern / Apartments Urlaub gemacht, aber so gut ausgestattet war bisher noch keines. In der Küche sehr viele Kochutensilien, alle Geräte haben funktioniert; auch die Klimaanlagen in den Schlafzimmern waren TOP. Das Haus sehr geräumig und mit viel Liebe von den sehr freundlichen und hilfsbereiten Besitzern instandgehalten. In den Marken in Hinkunft sicher die erste Adresse für uns.

Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit in Fano. Das Grundstück ist fantastisch und sehr ruhig gelegen. Das Meer ist nur ca. 4 km entfernt und lädt mit tollen Stränden zum Baden ein. Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Unser Urlaub war von der Anreise bis zur Abreise super. Das Haus ist sehr sauber und das Grundstück wunderschön angelegt. Der Strand ist nur ein paar Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt. Pesaro und Fano sind nicht weit weg und mit dem Auto gut zu erreichen.
