In one of the most beautiful and sought after areas of Malaga, close to the sea, with stunning views, quiet and peaceful.
This is this impressive apartment decorated with exquisite taste, and in which everything is new and pleasant.

The Space:
Perfect for a maximum of 7 people distributed as follows in bright, comfortable rooms equipped with quality beds: 2 people in a double room, 2 people in a double room that has two single beds, one person in a room single, and two people on the sofa bed in the living room.
The apartment has a very large and spacious living room, with lots of light and very beautiful views of the city. In it there are different rooms so that all guests can have their place of rest and tranquility and at the same time also have fun.

The dining room table is perfect for guests to eat, dine and have breakfast together every day, the sofa and armchairs are perfect for watching TV, a movie or for afternoons or evenings of conversations between friends or family.
The apartment has a full bathroom and a toilet. The kitchen is very equipped, it is small in size but in it you can find all the comforts and everything you need.
The entrance is wide and there is furniture to leave coats, suitcases, and travel bags.

The building has two elevators, it is enabled for people with reduced mobility, it is comfortable and easy to access, in the street behind there are several public parking lots where you can leave your car.
Due to the magnificent location of the apartment, you will see that you are in a neighborhood with all the amenities and shops just a few meters away and at the same time you can easily move around the city and quickly reach the places you want to visit in addition to the beach.

The central expansion neighborhood of Málaga

It is an area located between the historic center and the port, on flat triangular land, reclaimed from the sea during the 19th century, following the expansion of the port. It is delimited to the north by the Alameda Principal; to the west, by the Guadalmedina River; to the south, along Avenida de Manuel Agustín Heredia; and to the east, by the Plaza de la Marina, although the Málaga Park, located to the east of this square, is also included within the Ensanche neighborhood, according to the official delimitation of the Málaga City Council.

Due to the central location of the neighborhood, all Málaga's public transport networks (metro, suburban trains and urban and interurban buses) pass within its limits, when they are not origin or terminus. Regarding urban buses, the EMT lines connect the neighborhood with the other areas of the city.

Getting Around:
The closest train station is Málaga- Centro Alameda.
The Maria Zambrano train station, which is the most important train station in Malaga, is a 9-minute walk away.

There is a parking lot on the same street at the back. You can also park near the street in the blue zone and pay by the hour (during the weekend parking in the blue zone is free)

The kitchen and bathroom amenities, as well as the toilet paper that will be found upon arrival are a courtesy, you must replace them if you need more.

WE WILL NOT OFFER WATER, SALT, OIL, PEPPER, COFFEE OR TEA, NO FOOD WILL BE DELIVERED BECAUSE WE DO NOT HAVE PERMITS TO SERVE FOOD.

The beds will be delivered ready to sleep and there are two towels (one bath towel and one hand towel per person).
The sofa beds are not prepared for sleeping on arrival, we will deliver the bed linen and towels when the number of guests requires it.

Arrival after hours has no extra cost, because entry is autonomous through an electronic lock.

Optional services:

Requesting a baby crib costs €50 per reservation and must be requested in advance.

We will provide you with a transfer service from the airport and back to the airport, you can book it directly on our supplier's website and pay the cost of your transfer directly.
