Located in the heart of the mountain spa town of Merano, a short walk from the Terme di Merano, this bright, newly built apartment comfortably sleeps 4 guests. The stylishly furnished property is quietly situated on the second floor (with a lift) and benefits from air conditioning, underfloor heating and two balconies that overlook the surrounding mountains. The building also has a communal terrace, where guests can sunbathe in the summer and a garage, which is available on request.

The open-plan living area looks out to a balcony with two chairs and is furnished with a wall-mounted, satellite TV, built-in storage and a comfortable double bed. Both the dining room and kitchen flow out from this central space. The kitchen is fully equipped with an induction hob, microwave, coffee machine and fridge freezer. The dining room is fitted with a table for four and framed on two sides by floor-to-ceiling glass doors that open onto a Juliet balcony. The perfect spot to watch the world go by.

Location

The historical town of Merano is not only famous for its spas and thermal baths it is also known for its mild climate. In the Spring and Summer guests can enjoy many nearby mountain and river walks and cycling routes, including Sissi’s path. Named after the late Empress Elisabeth of Austria, this path starts in the center of town and takes walkers on a beautiful trail through the Tyrolian countryside to the Gardens of Trauttmansdorff Castle.

In the Winter guests can enjoy over 100 km of Piste for Skiing and snowboarding on the snow-covered slopes of Southern Tyrol (15 minutes away by car). Merano 2000, the famous Val Senales Glacier (Schnalstaler), San Nicolo and Monte San Vigilio are all a short drive away and cater to all levels from professionals to beginners.

For Après ski, guests can visit the Piazza Del Grano, the historical centre of Merano and Via dei Portici. On the centuries-old narrow streets guests can visit the local boutiques or settle in one of the many bars or bistros and watch the world go by.
