There is an extra double pull down bed in the lounge . 5 minutes
walk into town and 4 mins to the ski lift. Its our family apartment
which overlooks the mountains , next to the Ice rink and indoor swimming pool . An Ideal location for families .Well equipped kitchen . In a quiet building with private car parking facilities.

To get to the City Express ski lift , go 1 floor up and out of the front door . Turn left to the end of the road and over the small bridge . The turn left at the end of the passage and you will see the City express on your right .

To get into town , go down 1 floor and out of the back door where the cars are parked . Walk through the car park until you see the recycling area , turn right ,then left cross the main road and you will see the town

I would absolutely recommend!

The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed for our one week stay. The location was great, with 2 grocery stores nearby. I would definitely stay there again.

Excellent accomodation

This is a great appartment. Very clean and we have to say that this is the best equipped rental appartment that we have ever stayed in!! The kitchen had everything you could need. The twin beds were very comfortable.

Great apartment in the perfect place

Not the biggest of Towns but this is situated in a fantastic place. Really close to CityXpress and nightlife but far enough away to be quiet. Well equipped and clean. We had a great time.

Whistle stop in Zell am See

Apartment was perfect for our family two adults and four teenagers. It had everything we needed, host was really helpful, it was very clean and although it was a bit of a squeeze with six of us, it was still perfect. We will be back!

Lovely apartment in Zell am See

Ideal location in Zell am See especially as we were arriving by train. The apartment was perfect for a family stay and we loved the town, lake and surrounding area. Only improvement suggestions would be to be a little clearer on check in process as we had to ask for a phone number and then wait for someone to call us back but it all worked out! Also if there is any way to register guests for the local cards like the Zell am See/Kaprun summer card that would save a fair bit of money on local transport and attractions. Not sure if that is feasible though...

Thank you so much Duncan for your review. I’m so pleased you enjoyed your stay in our apartment in Zell . It’s not a problem for me to send Pavel’s number however it is on the web site under arrival instructions . Maybe I’ll just send it anyway to guests in future just to eliminate any confusion. We did consider purchasing the Zell am See card which is expensive meaning we would have to put our prices up . The majority of our bookings are for the ski season so guests don’t really use it then . So that’s why we chose not to go ahead . Great location

Great location only 4 min walk from City Xpress and 5 mins walk to bars and restaurants. Spacious apartment, and everything you could need in terms of kitchen stuff, hairdryers etc.., nice and warm, good space for ski storage, only downside was the cleanliness; floors, surfaces and crockery were dirty on arrival and cobwebs throughout in corners. Spoke to the owner and she offered to send cleaners out but we just did it ourselves. Would stay again if knew cleaning issues were improved as excellent other than that.

Great location, comfy apartment that is ideal.

A comfy apartment that looks over the indoor ice rink. A good atmosphere for a hockey match. 4 min parallel walk to the city express lift. 5 min walk to the bars/restaurants. Ideal location. Kitchen had all the utensils. Beds comfy. Small bedroom that has bunks and borrowed light window only. Main bedroom is fine. Pull down bed is a comfy bed too, in the lounge/dining/spare bed area. Tv/dvd player and internet works fine. Small bathroom with 1500mm p shape bath/shower and sink. Separate wc. Loads of storage. Parking available. We would use this place again with young kids. Older teenagers would be a squeeze. Great communication from owner. Thanks.

Veel voorzieningen in de woning en goede locatie op loopafstand van ski lift. 77 km piste. Echt ideaal. Appartement wel erg verouderd. Bedden zijn aan vervanging toe, vooral het uitklap bed. Daarnaast zijn er veel spinnenwebben te vinden. Dus een goede schoonmaakbeurt kan geen kwaad.

Appartement agréable et très bien placé

L’appartement est très bien placé, que ce soit pour aller à la plage ou dans le centre de Zell am See. Il est très bien équipé, agréable à vivre et confortable. Le parking de la résidence situé en contrebas est très pratique, nous avons toujours réussi à nous y garer. Cet appartement présente un très bon rapport qualité-prix. Seul petit bémol, la carte d’hôte de Zell am See Kaprun n’est pas fournie. Vu le prix des activités dans le secteur (un trajet en télécabine n’est vraiment pas donné…), ça serait un plus!

Super Wohnung wenn man Eishockey liebt

Die Wohnung liegt direkt an der Eishalle. Für uns Perfekt. Zu Ostern findet ein super Turnier für Nachwuchsspieler statt. Die Wohnung hat alles was man benötigt. Nur die Sauberkeit lässt zu wünschen übrig. Pavel war stets freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Super Lage, alles vorhanden, was man braucht

Tolle Wohnung. In der Küche alles vorhanden, was man braucht. 5 Minuten zu Fuß zum Skilift. Toller Relaxsessel im Wohnzimmer Hochbetten leider etwas kurz/klein, Matratzen noch kürzer, als die Betten. Herd, Dusche und Toiletten müssen man in Stand gebracht werden. Leider sehr schlecht bzw. gar nicht geputzt (in der Küche klebt alles)

I understand the cleaning in the kitchen and bathroom drain were sorted quickly by our apartment manager . Fijn appartement op top lokatie!

Wij waren er met het hele gezin (6pp, 3 volwassenen, 3 tieners 12-17 jaar) in februari 2022. Het appartement is schoon, zeer praktisch ingericht (veel kasten) en zit dicht bij het centrum, naast het zwembad en dicht bij de lift (3-5 min lopen). Super lokatie dus en contact met VRBO/eigenaresse is goed! De kamer met stapelbed is erg klein, maar de kamer met tweepersoonsbed is ruim. Voor 6 pp wel wat klein, maar goede prijs / kwaliteit verhouding. Wij hebben genoten:)- Fam. Kayser

Die Lage ist top, das wars auch

Die Möbel in der Wohnung ist veraltet, war auch schlecht gereinigt, überall hangen Spinnennetze. Ärgerlich. Abfluss im Bad war verstopft. Vermieter hat geweigert dieses Problem zu beseitigen. Balkontür ging sehr schlecht zu. Wasserhähne waren verkalkt. Vor dem Fenster ist eine Eishockeyhalle. Von 7.00 Uhr bis 23.00 Uhr wurde sehr laut gespielt. Mit Schlagzeug und Musik. Für das Geld ist die Wohnung definitiv zu teuer. Leider .

The settee in the lounge is 2 years old and has hardly been used due to COVID . The remainder of the furniture is in good condition and traditional but maybe not to your taste . Schönes Appartement in Zell am See

Spontan buchten wir dieses Appartement für einen Kurzurlaub in Zell am See. Sauberkeit und Ausstattung (Betten, Kinderbett, Küche..) sind dafür bestens geeignet. Die Badewanne bietet Platz zum Duschen, allerdings etwas wenig für große Leute. Die Lage ist an sich hervorragend. Der Parkplatz lässt sich über den Hallenbad Parkplatz sehr gut erreichen und in 5min Fußweg ist man im Zentrum bzw am See. Wer es ganz ruhig haben will, sollte allerdings den Spielplan der nahe stehenden Eishalle prüfen. (Wir hatten drei Tage lang das Vergnügen von einem Eishockey Jugendtournier beschallt zu werden.)
