Mi Capricho Front Line Beach Ground Floor

A beach lover's dream apartment complex, Mi Capricho is right on the beach in Calahonda, one of the most successful beachfront properties in the area. This front-line beach complex has four blocks strategically located around two large kidney-shaped swimming pools.
Situated in the heart of Calahonda with access directly off the main N340 road which links Malaga with the Marbella area of the Costa Del Sol. Shop, restaurants, bars and entertainment are all within walking distance from the complex.
Two large kidney-shaped swimming pools are the centrepiece of the complex. The complex also has a kiddie pool, underground parking for all guests and a beachfront tiki bar. The back pool is open all year. The main pool at the front is seasonal, usually from April/May to September/October, weather permitting. The tiki bar is also seasonal and opening times may vary depending on weather, etc.
Calahonda is popular for its array of shopping, and local markets conveniently located just a walk from the complex. The area has a great selection of restaurants and evening entertainment.

The boardwalk extends from La Cala de Mijas to Cabopino passing through Calahonda. The boardwalk continues across the Cabopino sand dune nature reserve. Our guests can access the boardwalk directly from the community gardens and enjoy a brisk walk or a gentle stroll along our beautiful coastline. The boardwalk forms part of the Senda Litoral De Malaga (Malaga coastal path) and when eventually completed will run from Nerja to Manilva and span 163kms. The boardwalk has bars and restaurants along the way as it hugs the coastline.

Mijas Costa: 6 Miles of some of Spain's best beaches running from Fuengirola to Marbella at the heart of the Sunny Costa del Sol. The perfect quiet holiday spot for sun worshipers and golfers alike being well away from the hustle and bustle of the main resorts.

Absolutely perfect location for the area and loads of space and amenities in the apartment. Right on the beach front and easy access to the pool area which is never overly busy. Loved it

Alan's apartment in Mijas is great

Alan's apartment in Mijas is great: the interior is nice, comfortable and well thought-out so that nothing is really missing. The exterior is fantastic with the terrace, the wonderful pool and the mediteranean sea directly close-by. Furthermore, is an ideal starting point to explore the region such as Mijas Pueblo, Marbella and Ronda.

Fabulous holiday

Fantastic holiday. BEAUTIFUL apartment and brilliant location. Apartment was spotless and had everything we needed and more! A few steps from the pool and a few more from the beach. Fantastic restaurants in walking distance. Alan was brilliant with contact when needed. definitely booking again.

Lovely apartment, photos don't do it justice.Fantastic location opposite the pool and had a great sea view. Several bars and restaurants along the boardwalk and a ten minute walk into town where there are are more bars and restaurants.

Wonderful stay in the apartment and the area

We had a wonderful stay in the apartment which had everything that we wanted and was right by the sea. We spent every morning watching the sea and many days by the pool that was lovely. The pool bar was ok but too expensive for what was offered but very nice and good service. The restaurants nearby where some of them very good ( Estancia we can highly recommend) and some of them ok ( like the one closest to the apartment Chiringuito Caprichio) . We will definately come back another day 😀

Wonderful family holiday location

Lovely location and perfect views. Property is very spacious and comfortable. The pool is fantastic and just outside the door. The pool bar staff are lovely and helpful. No noise from the bar at night. Nice to walk along the broad walk to multiple bars and restaurants. We would highly recommend ‘Alberts Bar & Grill’ at Puerto de Cabopino and we have left their card on the notice board in kitchen. Perfect communication with Alan and Anna throughout, thank you 😁 We would highly recommend this property and hope to go back ❤️

SPECTACULAR HOLIDAY

The apartment is just perfect,comfortable, clean and well-looked after. The beds are the best thing - normally in other apartments we stayed in they were worn out,so we were pleased to discover the mattresses here are extremely comfortable. The garden overlooking the sea gets the direct sun without a break from early morning till afternoon,so it just couldn't be better for our winter holidays. Even though we encountered a problem during our stay, the owner did all he could to make sure that it doesn't spoil our holidays -an honorable person which is rare nowadays. The lady from the agency was also very nice and helpful. All in all,we will be back. Anna

Lovely apartment, beautiful view

Myself and 2 friends had a wonderful time at this apartment. The view is amazing and the apartment had everything we needed. Lovely little garden next to pool. Unfortunately, the bottom pool and bar were not open when we were there (20/4 to 27/4), however, we soon found the Royal Beach Pirata, which was just a few minutes walk along the promenade, where we went every day. Great food, cocktails and staff plus we hired comfortable loungers for 7 euros each and stayed there from midday to 7pm most days. The weather was perfect and we all thoroughly enjoyed our stay. If there is one down side to the location, it is that you have to cross an overhead bridge to get to the supermarket and bars behind the complex. The road is very busy and crossing the bridge didn't suit one of our group. However, that said, you cannot hear the road noise at all from the apartment. We would stay again. Thank you Alan and Antonette :) Tip: place an order with Mercadona online and have all your groceries delivered to the complex.

Lovely big apartment. 4 golfing ladies staying in 3 bedrooms. Views of sea to die for. Beds could be a bit bigger but other than that it had everything you could want

Great Family Apartment

Nice apartment in a fabulous location

The apartment was really spacious, well laid out and equipped. The complex is safe, frontline with access to the boardwalk. We loved walking in each direction either for restaurants or to try out the various beaches. It was nice having the pool bar close. It was busy but never noisy and closed at about 8pm. We were really grateful that we were able to arrange a late check-out. We would given 5 stars but for the fact that, disappointingly, half of our 2 week stay at the apartment was accompanied by extremely noisy renovations next door then at the side of the apartment. We were woken early by both and it continued all day. The owner did notify us about the outside work but it had already started. The notification was confusing as it referred to the weekend but that the work started today (Monday). If we had known in advance, we would have planned our days differently.

Beautiful views

We visited this apartment with my parents and our 2 boys aged 8 & 11. It was perfect for us. The apartment was a great space for the 6 of us with everything we needed. The position of the apartment is amazing, right next to the pool and bar (which is not noisy) and only a minute walk to the beach/boardwalk. The beach is sandy but quite rocky to get in to the sea. Lovely restaurants near by and the great supermarket across the big road at the back of the complex. Dora was amazing on our last day and helped us out so we didn’t have to spend the whole day at the airport. Thank you

Highly recommended

We had a fantastic week and would highly recommend this apartment. Initial booking and communication prior to our arrival was great with all our questions answered promptly, the apartment was easy to find around 35/40 mins drive from the airport. Whilst at the airport we messaged to say we had arrived and when we got to the complex we where met and shown around the apartment. The apartment has everything you need, 3 big bedrooms , a fully equipped kitchen and utility type room, 2 bathrooms, air conditioning and a fantastic view to the pool area and sea. It is in an ideal position, ground floor with a nice outside area and very easy access to the pool area and boardwalk / beach. Our kids loved it ! The poolside bar is open all day and offers refreshments / drinks plus there are a few nice places to eat within a few mins walk. Ther is also a big supermarket within walking distance to stock up and a Lidl within a 5 min drive. The communication throughout our stay was first class and we will definitely stay here again, many thanks

Super Wohnung in super Lage!

Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Woche in diesem Apartment. Man fühlt sich sehr wohl und sicher. Schön nah zum Strand! Selbst im April waren wir alle im Pool! Gut ausgestattet, alles da. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

wonderful holiday accommodation.

The property had first-class air conditioning in each room, and an hour in the evening kept the place cool all night. The 5g wifi kept the kids happy in the evenings, and the pool bar and pool are just 10 steps away. The uninterrupted sea views were beautiful and we will definitely be back.
