Located in an area in contact with nature just 50 m from the beach and crystal clear sea of ​​Torre Specchia, it is 3 km from San Foca, 7 km from Torre dell'Orso, 25 km from Otranto and 23 km from Lecce. The apartment is surrounded by a well-kept and large garden, full of Mediterranean vegetation, allowing its guests to spend a relaxing holiday. The garden is shared with two other apartments. Near the apartment there is a table with chairs and deck chairs to relax on summer evenings and feel the sea breeze. From the garden you can see the sea.
Interior: simple and functional furnishings, composed of living room with equipped kitchen, one double bedroom, one twin bedroom and bathroom with shower. Air conditioning only in the sleeping area, washing machine, mosquito nets, wi-fi, internal parking space, TV, bicycles available for guests. Animals are not allowed. The price includes water, electricity and gas consumption. The price does not include linen, municipal tourist tax to be paid upon arrival.
