This air-conditioned first floor penthouse apartment is 7meters from the sea with wonderful views out to sea and the islands and 15 min from historic Zadar, a Venetian city with a rich heritage of world importance. Comprising of one double bedroom, bathroom, open plan lounge, kitchen and dining room, also 2 person sofa bed. Dining and drinks can be enjoyed on the large balcony with romantic panoramic views out to sea (beautiful sunsets). A barbecue is provided. There are 4 good quality seaside restaurants and cafes within 5- 15 min walking distance and a small shop nearby for self catering needs. Relax, swim, sunbathe, fish in peace and quiet.
When you feel a need for something more exciting, the ancient town of Zadar awaits you, with its historic architecture, museums, shops, bars restaurants, cafes, night clubs, discos and casino. You must visit the 'Sea Organ' like a church organ but played by the waves as they roll into shore. There are 4 wonderful National Parks to visit

Tolle Aussicht - gute Lage

Hallo Sehr schöne Wohnung mit einem tollen Balkon mit einer tollen Aussicht. Alles in der Wohnung vorhanden was man benötigt! Gute Restaurants in der Umgebung. Mit dem Rad nach Zadar 15-20 Min. Diese Wohnung ist zu empfehlen...

Tolles Apartment direkt am Meer

Das Apartment im 1. OG des "Haus Florian" war bei unserer Ankunft sehr sauber. Die Küche ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht, lediglich eine Pfanne haben wir vermisst. Das Schlafzimmer ist in Ordnung, ebenso Bad und Wohnzimmer. Das Apartment ist mit Insektenschutz ausgestattet und hat eine Klimaanlage. Der großzügige Balkon mit dem wunderschönen Meerblick ist wirklich genial. 3 Schritte und man ist im Wasser, genau wie beschrieben. Die Vermieter, sehr diskret bei Anwesenheit, jederzeit erreichbar, freundlich, hilfsbereit, haben jedesmal auch unseren außerordentlichen Müll (defekte Luftmatratzen z.b.) mitgenommen. Handtücher und Bettbezug würde 1x wöchentlich wie angekündigt gewechselt. Das Meer dort ist sehr schön, kein Kiesstrand o.ä., dennoch wunderbar. Die Sonnenuntergänge herrlich anzusehen. Das Restaurant gleich nebenan (kein Lärmfaktor!) Super lecker. Das einzige klitzekleine Manko, was aber nichts mit der Qualität der Wohnung zu tun hat, ist, dass das Apartment für 4 Personen schon recht knapp ist. Es gibt kein 2. Schlafzimmer. Nichts desto trotz ein sehr schönes, gepflegtes Haus in einer wunderbaren Lage, wir haben unseren Urlaub sehr genossen! Danke an Jefferson und Christine für den wunderbaren Urlaub in dieser schwierigen Zeit!

Schöne Wohnung super Lage!!

Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.Das Haus ist direkt am Meer und es ist schön von Meer geweckt zu werden .Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und für Tipps und Hilfe immer zu Erreichen. Vom Zentrum 8 min mit dem Auto entfernt. In der nähe ist ein Restaurant und ein Kleiner Kiosk für Lebens Mittel.Ich würde jeder Zeit wieder bei Herr und Frau Storic Buchen.

Herrliche Lage, Ruhe und schöne Ferienwohnung

Wir waren 2 Wochen in der Ferienwohnung. Sie ist wunderschön gelegen, ruhig und schön ausgestattet...Taverne für die Verpflegung gleich nebenan. Toll wäre es, wenn man bei schlechtem Wetter auch im Innenbereich Tisch und Stühle hätte. Ansonsten...schöner Urlaub mit hohem Erholungseffekt.

Perfekter Standort aber kaum vorstellbar, dass es hier vier Personen wohl sein kann.

Soweit sauber und ordentlich, jedoch bei der Einrichtung war wirklich nur das allernotwendigste vorhanden. Im Innenbereich fehlt ein Esstisch mit Stühlen was bei Wind und tieferen Temperaturen wünschenswert wäre. Selbstkocher werden rasch an ihre Grenzen stossen. Eine Einführung in die Haustechnik wäre am Ankunftstag wünschenswert. Der Vermieter war sonst bei Problemen freundlich und hilfsbereit.

une très belle location, les pieds dans l'eau.Un balcon super avec vue sur mer, des prestations de qualité.Un bémol; les plaques électriques rouillées. ..dommage .Très bien située à 5 mns de Zadar. Prenez le bus à 100 mètres pour y aller, vous ne pouvez pas le rater, c'est le terminus!!Resto sympa à coté, mais un peu surcoté.Allez prendre un pôt au bar du club de tennis à 100m, c'est cool et simple.Un vendeur de fruits et légumes tout proche sur la rue.Bref, vous avez tout à disposition. Dommage, nous n'avons pas vu les propriétaires et il y eut quelques problêmes de contrat de réservation. Après le séjour, tout est oublié... on y retournerait les yeux fermés

Very nice holiday appartment located directly at the sea.

This holiday appartment is very nice and we enjoyed our stay very much. It is located directly at the sea, with a parking lot and a restaurant nearby. There is no traffic going by the appartment, so it is quite calm and peaceful. The view across the sea from the appartment is very nice, and sunsets can be viewed from there. The furnishings and equipment of the appartment are simple but use- and taste-ful. The host was very friendly and helpful. We would stay again!

Ideal location

The apartment is ideal for swimmers being only a few steps from the water: immediately quite deep. Access to the sea from the boardwalk is easy given the pool-like ladder thus avoiding the alternative slippery stone steps. A drink on the the balcony with a view of the islands at sunset, what could be better? We ate wonderful (wild) fish in the Taverna which is right next door and reasonably priced compared to Italy. For an American prices would be downright cheap! Zadar is very near with its beautiful historic center and can also be reached by bus with no need for parking. Cooking facilities are a bit minimal: 2 electric burners, no regular oven, very little space around the small sink area but hey! I didn't intend to cook Christmas dinner while on vacation. For future guests I suggest leaving instructions on how to access the TV channels: abundance of remotes, onscreen messages in German or Croatian... Some drawers or shelves for clothing in the bedroom would be useful. But these are minor points. All in all, we were satisfied and recommend this rental.

Beautiful seafront apartment

This place is tastefully decorated and has everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. The setting and views of the water are perfect. There are a few good restaurants and a small market nearby. The host was very helpful and made us feel welcome. This is the perfect spot if you would like to stay in a small seaside village and be close to the town of Zadar as well. We would definitely stay here again.

Que du bonheur

Je tenais absolument à donner mon avis sur cette location tellement nous nous sommes régalés ! Ma fiancée et moi même sommes restés une semaine dans cette appartement. Ce dernier est vraiment très agréable. Prestation impeccable, la terrasse avec sa vue est splendide dans un endroit très calme (pas de circulation de voiture). A 5 minutes du centre historique de Zadar qui est très sympa pour s'y balader et y manger. Vous avez envie de piquer une tête dans la mer, pas de problème, vous n'avez qu'à descendre les marches et vous y êtes. Un séjour magnifique que je recommande à tout le monde. Sans oublier la propriétaire qui est vraiment sympa. Location à choisir sans aucune hésitation.

in the numerous years that my wife and I have used Holiday Rentals for our annual holiday accommodation, there have been few, if any, properties which surpass the quality of apartment and setting of Florian House. All the details of the apartment were 100% accurate and the real proximity to the superb sea meant swimming was not the trek it often can be. The regular and wonderfully reliable bus service meant that Zadar was the simplest of independent excursions and the wealth of commercial trips by boat/coach were easily obtainable too. The organisation of the owner and his wife was second to none and the welcome provided on arrival was most reassuring. For a couple who seem to have spent most holidays seeing everything and collecting the T-shirts , to spend 10 stress-free days gazing out to sea, buying fish on the front each day and generally doing as little as possible speaks volumes for the accommodation and support provided by Mr and Mrs Storic. This is a dream location, with the bonus of no car being needed. The local Taverna and Kornat in Zadar provided memorable meals when we sought a break from self-catering. The 5 stars above tell only half the story. A thoroughly memorable holiday location!

Heaven in Croatia

Idyllic setting, with one of the best sunsets ever. Well kept, clean property. Car not essential. Easy access to Zadar with bus stop just steps from door. Local taverna next door providing food and drink also hotel with restaurant close by.
