Big enough for our party of nine. However, this is not a one big house. It is three separate apartments, which was fine to accommodate us, but had its' challenges. Each entrance door had a key, and can't be open without it. Very inconvenient for a large group, so we had to keep the key in the lock most of the time. The second and third floor flats were ok, but the bottom one had consistent mold smell to it, so we had to keep AC going 24/7. Also, the was an incident of large, flying cockroaches found on the very first day. When confronted, the owner/mgr first said they have no idea of this problem, but then admitted they do have a problem and has an exterminator team come every so often. Over all, good stay, but will not be coming back or recommending to friends or family.

Overall, the property is very spacious. The home is divided into 3 separate areas with different entries for each. The air conditioners did not work the entire time we were there. They stated they were waiting for a part they had ordered. The windows don’t have screens so you can open them but you get some flies. The bottom section has a mildew smell but it’s expected with homes near the beach. The biggest inconvenience was they had men working on the property the entire time we were there. They were painting the outside of the house and we could see them through our windows. We didn’t get to enjoy the backyard for this very reason. The renters stated this is the only time they could work on the house because the weather was nice. If we had known these details we wouldn’t have rented this property.

Uma excelente estadia!

A localização é excelente, moderno e bem decorado é agradável de estar, com ambiente familiar. Quartos muitos confortáveis, camas excelentes, ótima vista para o mar e montanhas. Os proprietários sempre prestáveis e atenciosos.

Na minha opinião esta casa tem uma relação qualidade-preço excelente. Além disso é muito perto do centro de Ponta Delgada, o proprietário é muito simpático e prestável. Esta ilha é um paraíso é acho a escolha desta casa uma excelente opção com uma excelente vista sobre o mar.

Casa Fantástica para descansar e conhecer a ilha

Estive este ano(2016) nesta casa durante 15 fantásticos dias, que me permitiram conhecer toda a ilha de São Miguel. A Casa tem excelentes áreas e condições. O Sr. Pedro Arruda (Grupo Arruda) é um excelente "cicerone" bem como a Dª. Zélia, sua esposa. Tratámos de tudo diretamente com eles e correu tudo às mil maravilhas, casa, carro e tranfers. Serviço profissional e uma dedicação que merecem 5 * Recomendo vivamente este "spot" numa zona calma, que tem uma vista de mar absolutamente fantástica e fica muito bem situado.
