We offer a Meet & Greet check-in process. To access your check-in instructions, please complete the ID verification process sent to your email after your booking is confirmed.

This verification is necessary to guarantee the safety and security of all our guests. Please ensure the registration and ID verification are completed at least 24 hours before your arrival. For last-minute bookings, we will expedite the process as much as possible to accommodate your needs.

Once your ID is verified, you must let us know your arrival time so we can arrange your check-in with a staff member.

Many problems but a great location

The property is in a great location; however the air conditioner in both bedrooms did not work, the electrical plug in the small bedroom did not work, the washer/dryer did not work, there is no safety lock on the inside of the door, there is no book of instructions on how to get anything to work, the check in person was late, and spoke very broken English, and said he would be back the next day to repair but never reappeared. There was a person available by text, to whom we reported the issues. The carpet in the exterior halls is loose and a fall hazard. Looking out the windows you see garbage and cigarette butts, dropped from higher up apartments, which fall directly on the roofing outside the windows.

Not as advertised.

While location was good the unit has been poorly maintained and needs to be refurbished. Kitchen and bathrooms poorly equipped. Washer/dryer did not work and was not repaired during our visit. Portable air conditioning units were present but not installed. Manager required entrance to our unit multiple times to check for leaks reported by tenant on the floor below our unit. Poor closet set up and no drawers for storage in second bedroom. Hallway accessing the unit had dirty carpet which was rippled and not installed properly. Loose edges were a tripping hazard. Cleanliness needs to be improved. Caulking and grout were dirty and stained. Also, there was lots of debris just outside the windows. Yuk!This unit needs to be inspected and improved.
