The Bircham lodge is perfect for two people: spacious and modern with a large bathroom and large covered decking. The lodge was in great condition although cleanliness could be improved, for example, crumbs were left on the dining table. These lodges come with one allocated parking space conveniently located right outside or a few steps away from the lodge. The fully-fitted kitchen is also ideal for those wishing to self cater.

We had an issue with our Bircham lodge which was no reflection on the lodge. It had everything you would need for a break. We ended up staying in an Oxburgh which was lovely and clean and roomy. The team were so helpful. We will definitely return.

Good lodge well furnished, comfy bed only complaint was no welcome pack containing instructions on how to operate induction hob, smart TV,dishwasher and microwave also the only other complaint was the lack of an opening window to allow smells out as the 4inch extractor fan did not seem upto the job so had to leave the light controlled fan on longer with the door shut. The onsite facilities where good and clean the only complaint was the opening hours of the swimming pool, could do with opening earlier and open later

Great lodge, we loved it, disappointed with filling up the bath which was a selling point for me, unable to have a hot full bath of water. The sliding doors were difficult to work out at 1st but there is a knack to it

The only issue that we had with the Lodge itself was the lack of water pressure in the shower. The 'welcome pack' of tea, coffee & sugar was a nice touch except there was no milk included to have with the drinks.
