The apartment is located very close to Santa Clara Golf Marbella.
Inside you will find 3 large double bedrooms and 3 fully equipped bathrooms.
The ground floor contains a spacious open living room with sofa seating for 6 people. Through the living room a large sunny balcony and seating for four people. Perfect for an evening dinner or light lunch in the sun. Just off the living room is a fully equipped kitchen which includes a dishwasher, washing machine, microwave oven etc.
Upstairs the master ensuite bedroom and 2 other large double rooms can be found.
All bedrooms have double beds, closets and small sunny balconies. Ideal for a relaxing morning coffee, or an evening glass of wine.
The property is located in a quiet family friendly urbanisation. Which contains a very large lagoon like pool, surrounded by palm trees and beautiful gardens.
If you prefer the beach, the spectacular Playa Los Monteros is located just several hundred meters form the apartment.
There is WIFI and air conditoning throughout the apartment.
