- PLEASE MAINTAIN SILENCE DURING THE NIGHT (FROM 10 PM TO 8 AM) OUT OF RESPECT FOR NEIGHBOURS AND THE COMMUNITY.

- THE ENTRY OF PERSONS NOT INCLUDED IN THE BOOKING OR EXCEEDING THE ACCOMMODATION'S CAPACITY IS PROHIBITED.

- THE CELEBRATION OF PARTIES OR PRIVATE EVENTS IN THE ACCOMMODATION IS PROHIBITED.

- ANY BREACH OF THE COMMUNITY RULES WILL RESULT IN THE IMMEDIATE TERMINATION OF THE BOOKING AND LOSS OF THE DEPOSIT AND UNUSED NIGHTS.

- THE SWIMMING POOL IS CLOSED FOR MAINTENANCE DURING THE MONTHS OF JANUARY AND FEBRUARY.
