Le Belvédère Apartment building is situated in a beautiful, quiet location which benefits seclusion and stunning scenery, while being only 5 minutes from the centre of Courchevel 1650. Enjoy the ease of door step skiing - A simple 100 metre schuss takes you onto the Belvedere ski run - 400 metres 'blue' run skiing down to the new 1650 bubble - A beautiful 10 minute ride up to all of the 1650 runs, leading to Courchevel 1850, Meribel, Val Thorens and Les Menuires. Both the 2 bed apartment and studio are on the 1st floor with balconies, ski lockers and underground parking. The 2 bed apartment and studio can be rented separately or linked together. Therefore the Studio is ideal for a couple on their own. The 2 bed apartment is fantastic for a family. The 2 together are perfect for a party of up to 8 people.
Skiing: You buy your Ski passes and French ski school at the central station by the bubble (above the Tourist Information). You have 3 choices of ski pass - Courchevel 1650 only, Courchevel and the 3 vallees. A beginner only needs a ski pass once the free lifts of Mickey and Le Belvedere are no longer a challenge. Only fairly competent skiers should consider paying the extra for the 3 vallees pass. Note the pass allows 1 days skiing in Val D'Isere / Tignes which are a 11/2 hour drive. If you want to experience skiing in a nearby resort Pra-Lognan La Vanoise is only 1 hour drive away. Good off piste skiing (when conditions allow!) can be found at the top of 1650 and off the Chanrossa and Suisse runs. Courchevel 1850 can be reached by skiing via Chanrossa, via Pra-Meruel or by free ski bus! Walking: If you want a days walking rather than skiing, the trek down to the lake 'La Rosiere' starts just outside the apartment.

A great apt, suited our family of 4 really well. Good kitchen and dining table and lounge area. Wonderful balcony and views of the mountain. Phil the host was incredibly organised with all the information before the trip and went the extra mile for us, helping us with a restaurant booking for New Year. Thanks for letting us stay.
Thank you very much Phil, we had a wonderful time, the apartment is in a great location, it is comfortable with everything we required and it was spotless on arrival. Perfect for ski in ski out and we had great snow conditions and sunshine too!
The apartment is incredibly good value, nothing fancy but a wonderful location and plenty of room for us (family of 4).
We could ski in and out, using the ski locker room in the basement and our children enjoyed sledging out front along with other children staying nearby.
Very nice apartment with ski-in connection to the slopes. Quiet area, but good connections to the main villages. All needed included, like indoor parking and good kitchenware, etc. Clean and cosy.

Perfect week with family
Really great location, perfect building and apartment is nice with great views and cozy. Would recommend it.
A really nice place to spend New Year skiing as a family. Just a10 minute bus ride from the main village, and on skis from the Piste.Everything we needed for our group of 4 was there. 6 people could happily fit in the apartment too. The owner was really helpful and prompt with all communications - a pleasure to deal with.

Apartment is in an older building of solid construction and is noticeably quieter than many modern French ski residences. It is also more spacious. It is in a quiet area about 1 km out of the town centre so a bit of a walk. We often skied down with rucksacks for shopping and came back up the drag lift.
Flat is very well equipped and Phil was extremely helpful with any questions. We had a great time
The apartment was exactly as advertised. There is no cleaning service so when we arrived it needed a bit of a clean up and we had to take our own bedding and towels which took up quite a bit of space in the car. The photos on the website accurately depict the interior decor and facilities.
The apartment is about 1km out of 1650 with a free bus service but with a slightly patchy timetable. This made ‘popping out’ to the shops a bit more complicated (going to the shop after skiing and getting back with all the gear, children and shopping wasn’t easy!).
The apartment and studio was a good combination for us, we had our friends stay in the studio which gave them privacy.
The ski looker room was well appointed and the lockers were very spacious. The room went directly onto the slopes (though as the snow receded during the week we had to walk a little further (not more than 10m).
The car park was quite tight, our friends with a Passat estate could get in and parked but our Tesla model 3 didn’t have enough ground clearance to get over the slight jump at the entrance. We parked on the road but despite there being no road markings or signs we got a parking ticket. This is clearly not the fault of the host as he told us this had never happened before!
The host Phil was really helpful, he answered all my queries comprehensively and promptly.
In conclusion; if you are looking for a value for money, quiet apartment in a ski in/out location in 1650 and aren’t too bothered about not being near a shop/bar this is great.

Apartment well equipped but a little tired. Had to sort and throw out old food left behind as well as do a deep clean on arrival. This is not the fault of host as was stated that occupants should leave clean. Also worth knowing that no one clears out dirty linen regularly. That said, it is cheap for Courchevel and convenient for slopes once you work out where to cross the piste to get back on the right path! Bus service invaluable for getting back up to apartment from village.

The Dirty Linen is never kept in the apartment so that comment is mis leading. Yes I'm tired of people wanting a Lamborghini when they have paid the price of a Lada!
THIS IS COURCHEVEL so you'll have to pay through the nose if you want all the trimmings, but you won't beat mine if you want value for money!
Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans cet appartement spacieux, idéal pour les familles. L'emplacement est idéal, au pied des pistes !L'équipement est vieillissant mais il y a tout ce qu'il faut.Le contact avec Phil est très facile et c'est un hôte très réactif.Vous êtes par contre tributaire de la bonne volonté des voyageurs précédents en charge du ménage...En résumé, nous recommandons sans hésiter et reviendrions avec plaisir
l'appartement n'a pas été nettoyer, les essuies sales(probablement du loueur avant nous) etaient dans la salle de bains. le four = dégueulasse!!!!! pas utilisable!!!!
tirroir avec coutellerie était cassé. Aprés l'avoir ouvert la premiere fois, toutes la coutellerie avec le tiroir sont tombés par terre et on a du le "réparer" pour pouvoir l'utiliser!!
toutes les meubles avec au moins 2 mm de poussières!!!!!!!!!
à mon avis cet proprétaire devrait être interdit au abritel!!!!!!!

Please check all the 4 and 5 star reviews i have had over many years in this property, next door studio (11219271) and my Swiss apartment (93203).
All clients have this site, my e mail and my phone to contact me directly.
In the past people have contacted me with a variety of issues while on holiday, and I have always responded. . This client did not contact me at all during his stay. . If it was so bad why not? He did however leave the apartment in a terrible state that upset my next client. So in my review I said I would not have him back. This review of my property was then submitted....I'll leave you to make your own conclusion.

We rented both the flat and studio, which gave us plenty of space for 4 adults, 2 teenagers and an 8-year old.
The location is perfect - it really is ski in ski out and the ski lockers are convenient and a good size. There is a shuttle bus to and from 1650, but this stops at 8pm, so it’s a long walk up the hill or a taxi if you’re planning on staying out late!
The owner is extremely helpful and it was really easy to communicate with him.
If there was any criticism at all, it would be that some of the appliances are getting a bit old and the WiFi is a bit slow. There is also no cleaning service, so you are expected to leave the property in a good state of cleanliness. Unfortunately the previous occupants had not done this, so we had to do a little bit of cleaning when we arrived. However, these issues are very much reflected in the price - we couldn’t find anything else that was such good value in the whole of 1650 and would happily rent it again.
This property is perfect for a family of four. The living area is generous with a table to comfortably sit 4 and sofa style seating to relax in. The kitchen is fully equipped and exactly as described. With two bedrooms there is plenty of space for 4 people to sleep.
The location is perfect with ski-in ski-out capability you are in the centre of 1650 in minutes which then allows you to access the rest of this fabulous ski area. The apartment block itself is well maintained and the surrounding area is very peaceful which added to the enjoyment of our holiday. There is a regular bus service which allows quick access into 1650 if you're not skiing.
The owner of this property is very communicative all the way from the initial inquiry right through to the end of the holiday.
Without hesitation I would book this apartment again.
De locatie is top. Je skiet zo van het appartement de piste op. Verder is het ruim (voor Franse begrippen) en voldoet aan alle wensen. Prima service vanuit de verhuurder. We komen er graag nog een keer terug.
