Very close to all amenities, beachfront restaurants and street supermarket on site.The apartment could do with some upgrading.Nice spacious rooms. Balcony good size but get very little sun only 2 hours as west side and blocked by opposite building. Pool area good and clean. Lifts operational sometimes faults with one but one.always working.

Great location, good apartment with all amenities. Property Manager Manuel and his lovely wife very hospitable and friendly met us after we had been dropped off at wrong hotel after flight delay. Very accommodating, ideal for short break.

All I needed

Nice spacious apartment in a quiet area. Small but adequate supermarket opposite the building, and lots of restaurants locally. A short walk down to the seafront.A lovely heated pool and lots of sun beds, so never crowded.Manuel was very helpful at check in, and when the English TV channels stopped working he came in the next day and fixed it.

The stay was excellent, the apartment was very clean and well presented,in the perfect spot for everything. Sandra was absolutley brilliant, very accomodating, The only thing missing was Air -conditioning or an exta fan but apart from that faultless.Will definately be going back.

Stayed in this area and apartments many times, great place to visit. would use this apartment again.

Manuel allowed us access into the apartment straight away as we had an early flight from stansted but we did have to wait for the apartment to be cleaned as someone had just checked out. We have stayed in these apartments in the past and they are well situated for everything. Unfortunately the hotel laundry dead opposite is quite noisy through the night. Apartment was clean and ideal for us. Many thanks.

Good apartment

The apartment was basic and very clean everything you needed for a weeks stay. Manuel the property manger telephoned on the morning of checking before we left the uk. He then met us outside the property to make the checking process easy he was also available on WhatsApp when ever needed. We have stayed at the Aguamarina, a few times the pool area is of a good size with plenty of sunbeds also has an heated pool is good you also do not need to hire a car.

Sun in the Golf

Apartment in good location in Golf del sur with side view of the Marina , the inside of the apartment was basic but had all that we needed ,change. Of bedding once a week. There is a lot of noise from the laundry in the Hotel next to ours day and night.The owner Manuel was a nice man, unfortunately he did not speak English or us any Spanish but we got by and enjoyed our holiday .

Clean apartment & big terrace near the sea

The communication with the host worked well and we were allowed to extend our checkout time a bit which was great! The apartment was spacious and spotlessly clean. Everything necessary was provided for the kitchen and we were able to cook whatever needed. We especially loved having our breakfasts and dinners on the spacious terrace outside. The bed was comfortable with a hard mattress, and we slept really well. There was an unpleasant smell in the bathroom, apparently from the sewer, but it didn't bother us much. On daytime there was occasional noise from the airplanes as the airport is nearby. There's an Irish bar near the apartment so some noise was coming from there, but it usually stopped at around midnight. Overall, we had a good experience!

Estuvimos 7 noches en el apartamento, no pudimos elegir mejor apartamento que este. Sin duda alguna lo recomendamos al 100%, tanto la dueña es encantadora y la ubicación es inmejorable. Es tranquilo, amplio, limpio y bonito. Si volvemos a Tenerife, lo cogeríamos.

La struttura era pulita. Ho sempre trovato parcheggio nelle vicinanze. Ottima comunicazione e disponibilità delll'host Manuel. Dagli scarichi del bagno esce sempre un cattivo odore ed il bagno non è finestrato. Il divano letto non è molto comodo. Comunque buon rapporto qualità/prezzo
