Holiday stay

Giuseppe was a fabulous host and provided excellent restaurant recommendations. The chalet is lovely and located just far enough out of town to be peaceful but close enough to get to the action in a 15-20 minute walk. The Dolomites are beautiful and we hope to return soon.

splendida villa a Cortina

sono stata ospite in questa bellissima villa divisa in tre piani a febbrario. la posizione oltre ad essere comoda per raggiungere il centro è veramente tranquilla. la villa è arredata internamente in maniera davvero elegante ma è allo stesso tempo accogliente. La vista sulle Dolomiti dai due balconi è unica , quasi irreale ! Inoltre propietario cordiale e disponibile in caso di problemi.

Villa strepitosa!

Abbiamo affittato questa splendida villa una settimana nel mese di luglio assieme ad altre 2 famiglie di amici e devo dire che è stata una bellissima esperienza! La villa, che volendo puo’ essere considerata anche un un’unica unità in quanto collegata internamente da una scala, è disposta su tre piani ognuno però con il proprio ingresso indipendente; si trova in ottima posizione, a 3 minuti in auto dal centro. Il piano terra è comodo e confortevole, raccolto e ben disposto. Il piano primo è davvero meraviglioso, arredato accuratamente senza tralasciare alcun dettaglio con estremo gusto ed eleganza; incantevole il soffitto a cassettoni d’epoca dipinto a mano, fantastico il camino e l’enorme divano di pregio; magnifica la vista sulla vallata che si ha dal balcone anch’esso ben arredato ed attrezzato… che cene spettacolari ammirando le stelle!!!! La mansarda super accogliente!!!Grande stile e ricercatezza; anche da qui la vista sulle dolomiti è davvero spettacolare. Da ripetere!

Altissimo livello !!

Abbiano affittato questa villa in tre famiglie di amici . Il prezzo sembrava alto per le offerte che si trovano ma devo dire che lì e' valsi tutti . Bella posizione di fronte alle montagne suddivisa su tre piani ognuno dei quali ha la sua indipendenza ma usabile anche come unica unità . La parte che ho preferito è la mansarda davvero accogliente . Il primo piano molto di rappresentanza adatto a ricevere . Posizione vicina al centro ( 2 min di auto ) ma si può fare una bella camminata per arrivarci . Unica nota Wi fi un po' lento

Altissimo livello

Bellissimo appartamento dislocato in una villa tutta di proprietà del locatore . La vista e' grandiosa così come il balcone dove d estate abbiamo cenato tutte le sere. Gli arredi sono di gran livello forse anche troppo . Non è la classica casa di montagna ma un appartamento di rappresentanza ! Comode camere e posizione eccellente anche se per andare in centro meglio usare l auto

Abbiamo passato le vacanze di pasqua la mia famiglia ed amici . La villa si trova a poco più di un kilometro dal caos del storico in una posizione tranquilla ma con splendida vista sulle montagne. È' composta da tre piani , con arredi di alto livello e ben curata . La mansarda e' molto accogliente con camino e soffitto in legno cortinese , il primo piano e' più elegante e di rappresentanza con uno splendido soffitto in legno dipinto una vetrata con vista sulle Dolomiti ed un grande balcone sempre soleggiato . Molto cortese la responsabile del chek in Valentina . Da consigliare

Questa bella villa ha una bellissima Posizione appena fuori dal centro . Bisogna prendere la macchina oppure fare una passeggiata ma vengo a cortina da decenni e preferisco stare fuori dal centro sia per la confusione che per godere meglio il panorama . La vista è davvero bella con uno skyline sulle Tofana ed il bello di avere un grande balcone soleggiato tutto il giorno . A cento metri si trova un torrente (il boite) ed era molto piacevole alla sera ascoltarne il rumore . A 150 metri la fermata dello skibus e di fronte un comodo piccolo negozio di alimentari

I guess Cortina need no introduction. It is just the most beautiful mountain village of the world…. Not so easy instead to find the right place to stay. I’ve bounced back and forth several years. Even if the real estate is tremendously expansive you might find there crappy places and old houses. Some people rent houses to make their leaving and put not effort in making the place nice and comfortable. Finally I’ve found the perfect place. It is a big villa, in the perfect position with an awesome view and rented by a private owner that allow the renting when he is not using the villa for himself. The good of this place is that has 3 independent apartments accessible by an internal stair. There is the penthouse, just a jewel. Two bedrooms, one giant kitchen, the leaving room with the fireplace, a breathtaking view and a big sofa surrounding two corners of the room in which you can fit 20 people. There is a balcony viewing the mountains. Downstairs one floor you have the master flat, with 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, kitchen and an huge living room with a wonderful view as well. All furniture and accessories are extremely precious and luxury in the mountain style that makes Cortina so unique. A big balcony surrounds all the flat, good for lunch or sunbath. Ground floor is another apartment with one bedroom, kitchen and living room. All 3 apartments are fully equipped. Position is perfect, is not in the mess of the deep center, where traffic jam is chaotic, but is close enough for a nice walk and landscape is unique. I warmly advice this place, quite unique to fit all my big family (12 people). I’ve been there in winter, already booked for next summer.

posizione stupenda !!!

abbiamo affittato questa bellissima villa per una settimana nel mese di marzo.la posizione e' magnifica, appena fuori dal caos del centro che pero si puo' raggiungere facilmente; la facciata principale ed i due balconi sono esposti a sud con vista bellissima sulla vallata ed il sole sino al tramonto.La casa e' disposta su tre piani piuttosto diversi tra loro, la mansarda molto accogliente ,il piano terra il meno bello, il primo piano arredato con grande eleganza, forse anche troppo per noi nel senso che avevamo un po il timore di rompere qualcosa di pregio.Siamo stati molto bene ed ora stiamo valutando di tornarci in estate.
