We had a lovely stay. Few minor issues but other than that all good

Location was beautiful. Views were stunning. Out of this world. Apartment was lovely. Very spacious plenty of room. Comfy beds. Plenty of storage space The walk up the hill to get to the apartment! Especially if arriving late at night via bus and have to collect the keys from apartment firstly and then walk up an almighty hill with luggage! Was no fun just us two females. The Altet was quite cold of an evening. Other than that everything was good

It's in a great spot the accomodation block is clean the pool is clean but could open earlier the apartment was clean. Quick deposit repayment. Broken things in the apartment when we got there couldn't use the cooker as it's broken and needs fixing as it's dangerous especially if young kids get near it. One person said we could get clean towels and sheets another told us we couldn't poor customer service skills if the washing machine didn't work and it wasn't sunny enough to dry we would have been using the same sheets and towels for a week. I found some people at customer services rude and not helpful I work in a customer service job and that's my pride.

enjoyable stay in Benidorm

The apartment was in a very good location, close to bars, restaurants, clubs. The Levante promenade was just at the bottom of a short hill The apartment block has car parking located inside the building, which was virtually empty, with a notice on the gate indicating a charge of 8 euros/day. However we were unable to get in touch with anyone to reserve. We had to park our hire car on waste ground a 15min walk away. We were not able to park on the street as there wasn't any space It would be a good feature if the property owner could pre-arrange the car park and provide the access key when the apartment keys are collected

La ubicación,muy cerca de la playa. Limpieza en general bien. Las vistas Faltaba mobiliario básico,éramos 5 personas(capacidad hasta6) y solo había 4 sillas,el sofá cama estaba roto,dormimos 3 en una cama. En la cocina saltaba el diferencial de la luz si utilizabas dos cosas a la vez,por ejemplo si estaba cargando el termo del agua caliente no se podía cocinar o no se podía encender la campana extractora. La atención del personal de la oficina fue poco amable,varios días antes escribimos varios email(3) para preguntar si habría alguna opción de entrar antes de l hora establecida pero nunca recibimos respuesta alguna y una vez en la oficina a las 11h la única respuesta fue que la hora de entrada era las 16.30 y ya nos llamarían para darnos las llaves,nos avisaron a las 16.23,dentro de la hora establecida si,pero una respuesta a tiempo no hubiera estado mal del todo.

Respecto a la hora de entrada, el check-in es a las 16:30, aunque si el apartamento está listo antes estamos encantados de poder satisfacer a nuestros huéspedes. Lamentamos que esto sea más dificil de hacer en temporada alta, ya que la dinámica de trabajo es bastante más intensa. Le pedimos disculpas por ello. En lo que respecta al mobiliario, tomamos nota de ello para proponer una renovación a la propiedad. Dicho esto, esperamos que hayan disfrutado de su estancia en Benidorm. Un saludo.
