Had a lovely stay with my family! Beautiful area, well decorated and equipped house (all the cooking apparatus was fab), cosy rooms, loved the fireplace, appreciated the range of games offered - overall was brilliant!
The quality and eye for design in this property is exceptional. We loved the lamps, pictures, soft furnishing and bedding- all of the highest quality and tastefully chosen It was a pleasure to sit back and relax and soak up the lovely surroundings. The views from the house were picturesque looking out from the front of the property. We had everything we needed for a most enjoyable break.

We had a lovely stay here
We had a lovely stay here. Communication was incredibly easy and quick, and a guest book was provided with all the necessary instructions. The amenities were perfect for allowing us to cook, have drinks and cater for ourselves. The space looks exactly like photos and is incredibly cosy, especially with the log burner. Perfect for our long weekend away, and would definitely return. The location is perfect, and is a short drive from Betws Y Coed.

This is a beautiful cottage both inside and out.
This is a beautiful cottage both inside and out. The local area is quite stunning and ideal if you are into your walking - Moel Siobod is walkable straight from the front door! There was a slight issue with the heating during our stay - but I spoke to the hosts and they were very responsive and I think they are coming up with a solution!

A lovely stay
A lovely cottage, very nicely set out and well equipped in a lovely location. We thoroughly enjoyed it
The only issue was that the hot water tank doesn't fill the bath so when 4 of us wanted a bath after walking up Yr Wyddva it didn't quite work out!

Wonderful Weekend Stay
A beautiful cottage in beautiful surroundings. Peaceful and quiet, it is a great base to explore nearby places such as Betws y Coeddelve into Snowdonia National Park. The cottage was clean, cosy and idyllic. We felt welcomed from our arrival and will stay here again.
The pillows in the bedrooms were quite uncomfortable on the neck - a few of our group woke up with a stiff neck. There was also no full bag of wood upon arrival (as stated in the welcome pack) which was a little disappointing as we were all looking forward to having a fire in the evening. Lastly, there was also a finite amount of space in the outdoor bin for our rubbish, which given we were a party of six could have been an issue and could be an issue for future groups.

A STUNNING stay!
We stayed 9 days in the cottage and had an unforgettable time with the family. Everything is there, the space, the taste of the decoration. In the kitchen nothing is missing, the rooms are also very pleasant but the best is this wonderful living room where we spent very pleasant evenings by the fire. The icing on the cake, there is a spar 5 minutes away with everything you need and a pub. We arrived by train and the station is 3 minutes away on foot. From the house there are superb walks but if you take the train, especially go and stop at ConwyBetws in Coed.... This is a long novel and we will probably come back.

Delightful cottage in a quiet village close to all adventure activities
This is a perfect holiday cottage- beautifully decorated and has everything you need for a family holiday. Located in a small quiet village 10 minutes drive from Betws-Y-Coed, we loved that there were no tourists around. With 3 bedrooms there was enough space for us . The linen is beautifully selected. There’s a massive lawn at the back with lovely views of the mountains. One of the days with rain , we just stayed in and enjoyed all the board games in the cottage
There were some minor issues- there was a water leak from the kitchen ceiling, which I have no doubt will be fixed . There’s only 1 bathroom. While the property was completely clean, there were quite a few spiders - not unexpected in the mountains but could have been cleaned up

Family holiday in the mountains
Great location.
Lovely homely cottage with taste, quirkiness and modernisation that all worked.
Very well equipped kitchen & all easy to use.
Books, maps, walk books and games appreciated
The noise of the stream was cathartic.
Enjoyed the honesty bar and the re-opening of the local pub.
A name on the cottage outside would have helped us confirm the house on arrival in the rain!
Couldn't turn off the back outside light - sorry
Using the hand held shower within the shower cubicle water leaked down in the kitchen via the smoke detector. Not an issue with the overhead shower. Only happened once.
More light in the "dining room" would have helped our ageing eyesight
Lots games but a jigsaw puzzle would be the icing on the cake.

Thank you for your review. I am glad you had a splendid time and were able to relax in tranquillity listening to the cathartic sounds of the stream. It sounds like you found plenty of things to do to enjoy your time at our cottage, going for walks and playing board games as well as visiting the local pub. How delightful!
