The small villa of about 70sqm consists of an open living room with kitchenette, two twin bedrooms with single beds, a double bedroom, bathroom and a veranda with sea view. A large garden surrounds the house, alternating green spaces with paved areas where it is possible to park 2 cars and motorbikes and where there is a barbecue area. 
The house is finely renovated and furnished, and is only 300 m from the sandy cove in front and, about 600 m, from the golden dunes and the beautiful beach of Torre dei Corsari where it is possible to eat a few meals thanks to the two kiosks on the beach.

The house can accommodate 6 people, preferably 4 adults and 2 children

wonderful retreat

This vacation home is everything what we expected. It's super clean, close to the beach, well equipped, private, the host is super friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our stay a lot!

Beau séjour dans une charmante maison

Nous avons passé une excellente quinzaine à la maison Loys. Cette dernière est très bien située, au calme et l'équipement est globalement satisfaisant. Gian Franco nous a très bien accueillis et nous reviendrons avec plaisir

Sehr schönes kleines Haus für ruhige Ferien

Ein sehr schönes, Haus in wirklich ruhiger Umgebung. Wir haben uns als 5-köpfige Familie dort wirklich wohl gefühlt. Der Terrassenbereich mit Meerblick ist sehr schön und die Aussendusche hinter dem Haus ist toll. Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter war auch immer total nett und unkompliziert. Als wirklich einzigen Kritikpunkt würde ich anführen, dass für ein Haus, dass auf 6 Gäste ausgelegt ist, auch 6 Sitzmöglichkeiten im Wohnzimmerbereich vorhanden sein sollten (und nicht 4). Da wir aber die meiste Zeit eh draussen waren, spielte das keine so grosse Rolle.

Meravigliosa Esperienza!

La casa a Torre dei Corsari supera le aspettative ed è decisamente più bella di quanto già sembri nelle foto. Pulita e dotata di tutti i comfort vanta una splendida e pacificante vista sul mar, e un rapido accesso ad una deliziosa spiaggetta poco affollata ma davvero impagabile, raggiungibile a piedi in pochi minuti (e scarpette adeguate ad una breve camminata su un sentiero non asfaltato). La location e’ strategica per raggiungere tutte le località’ naturalistiche, marittime e culturali della costa occidentale dell’isola. Gianfranco è’ stato un host gentilissimo e disponibilissimo.. tutto super.. torneremo volentieri!!

Schönes Haus in netter Umgebung

Gibt eigentlich nichts zu meckern. Lediglich der Ort selbst ist ziemlich weit ab von der Zivilisation. Oristano und Cagliari jeweils eine Stunde mit dem Auto - one way.

Charme et tranquillité.

Maison en pierre bien agencée, très agréable à vivre et climatisée avec une vue magnifique sur la mer. C'est un peu retiré mais parfait pour les amateurs de nature et de tranquillité. Alessandro est un hôte très agréable et réactif. Nous avons été touchés par la petite attention dans le frigo. Merci beaucoup. Une mention particulière pour la douche extérieure 😉

Wohlfühlurlaub

Das Haus ist wunderschön. Gut ausgestattete Küche und eine wunderschöne Terrasse! Es gibt überall Moskitonetze die einem das Leben erleichtern. Auch ein Grill mit Holzkohle gibt es auf dem Gelände. Der Weg zur kleinen aber schönen Badebucht dauert knappe 5 Minuten. Die Lage ist optimal um an andere Strände mit dem Auto zu fahren. Im Umkreis gibt es viele Schöne Strände. Es befinden sich viele schöne Restaurantes in der Umgebung. Es war ein super Urlaub mit einer super Unterkunft!!

Un petit bout de paradis

Vue magnifique sur la mer depuis la terrasse. Prendre son petit déjeuner face à la mer et les collines c’est ressourçant. Des couleurs magnifiques. Accueil chaleureux avec bière et vin en cadeau de bienvenu en plus du petit potager d’herbes aromatiques dont on a pu se servir. Moustiquaires présentes partout, on peut dormir dans la fraîcheur, fenêtres ouvertes sans besoin de climatisation (même si elle marche très bien). Petit village sympathique et animé à 5 mn pied avec un glacier et une boulangerie très bonnes. Plage de sable immense à 5 mn en voiture des vacances magnifiques. Grazie ancora per l’accoglienza 🥰♥️

Klare Weiterempfehlung

Die Bilder lügen nicht. Ein wunderschönes Ferienhaus, der Ausblick ist traumhaft. Wir haben sehr gern auf unserer Terrasse gefrühstückt und sehr oft auch hier Abendbrot gegessen, weil man immer den besten Platz sicher hat. Die kleine fußläufig zu erreichende Badebucht "vor der Haustür" ist eine Empfehlung für Schnorchler (sehr steinig), wir waren lieber in der großen Badebucht mit feinem Sand (mit dem Auto keine 5 Minuten). Bezahlbare Snacks und Cocktails gibt es im hinteren der beiden Bistros am Strand, wo die Musik auch leiser und chilliger ist. Im Ort selbst gibt es einen kleinen Supermarkt, der auch sonntags geöffnet hat. Sicherlich etwas teurer als Lidl und Co, aber um die Ecke. Die Pizzeria im Ort ist völlig ok, dort haben wir uns zwei Mal Pizza geholt. Es gibt auch eine Bar, einen Bäcker, einen Eisladen und ein Ristorante. Im Ort und am Strand herrscht am Wochenende Trubel, sonst alles eher gemäßigt. Wir empfehlen Ausflüge zum Shoppen und Eis essen und ein bissel Kultur nach Iglesias und Oristano. Gleich im Nachbarort Richtung Pistis gibt es einen tollen kleinen Käseladen, der auch andere schmackhafte Kleinigkeiten anbietet zu überraschend günstigen Preisen. Bei der Hauseinweisung empfiehlt sich eine Übersetzungs-App. Allessandros Vater spricht nur italienisch. Wir haben mit der App bestens kommuniziert. Achtet auf die Mülltrennung - auf Sardinien nimmt man das sehr genau. Fast täglich wird Müll abgeholt und man muss die entsprechenden Behälter vor die Tür stellen. Einziger Wermutstropfen: Die enge Dusche hat nur eine Mini-Ablage für Duschbad, Shampoo und Co (im Grunde passt nur das Duschbad rein) und man muss sich bücken, um das Shampoo zu schnappen. Ich habe mir dabei mehrmals am Wasserhahn den Kopf arg gestoßen. Eine Ablage über Kopfhöhe wäre vorteilhaft. Weitere Ablagen im Bad neben dem Waschbecken wären auch hilfreich. Wir haben unsere Lotion, Haarspray ect. in der Not auf dem Boden abgestellt und wir waren nur zu zweit. DANKE in jedem Fall für die hilfreiche und nette Einweisung ins Haus und für das Borgen einen Sonnenschirms. Der hat am Strand gute Dienste getan.

Entspannung pur in traumhafter Lage

Die Kommunikation vor der Anreise war reibungslos und sehr zeitnah. Der Vermieter war sehr entgegenkommend, auch bzgl. einer evtl. Stornierung bzgl. Corona. Bei der Ankunft in der Nacht wurden wir am Ortsrand abgeholt, damit wir uns nicht verfahren. Der Vermieter hat uns eine sehr ausführliche Einweisung gegeben. Er war jederzeit für alle Fragen erreichbar und hat uns immer sehr geholfen, auch als wir kurzfristig ein Formular ausdrucken mussten, welches für die Rückreise benötigt wurde. Das Haus an sich ist top! Ausstattung ist mehr als ausreichend - wir haben sogar eine Flasche Wein und eine Flasche Likör als Willkommensgeschenk erhalten. Sogar Mückenspray war vorhanden. Die Lage des Hauses ist traumhaft und sehr nahe an tollen Stränden. Ein Auto ist jedoch ein absolutes Muss, da die Infrastruktur des Dorfes an sich etwas zu wünschen lässt. Wir können den Vermieter und das Haus absolut empfehlen und würden wieder kommen.

La casa è molto bella , singola , con una bella entrata e parcheggio privato , ha tutto l'essenziale per le ferie , bella vista sul mare , perfetta per la vacanza . Unica nota ci fossero 2 bagni sarebbe il top .

Super-Tolles Feriendomiziel

Wir sind Begeistert gewesen. Die Bilder haben nicht gelogen. Als wir am Haus angekommen sind, bekamen wir eine sehr detailierte Übergabe durch den Vater des Vermieter's , der auch immer erreichbar war. Das Haus und auch das Grundstück sind sehr sauber und gepflegt. Man fühlt sich gleich wie "zu Hause". Zu einer kleinen Bucht sind es keine 5 Minuten zu Fuß (Steinig) und zum großen Strand mit Düne sind es ca. 15 Minuten zu Fuß. Außerdem ist Torre dei Corsari ein idealer Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge (ob Strände, Berge oder Städte Touren). Es gibt so viel an der Costa Verde und im Landesinneren zu Entdecken! Wir haben jeden Tag hier an der Westküste genossen. Und zum Ende unserer Bewertung noch großes Dankeschön an Gianfranco.

Très bel endroit

Cette location a tout le nécessaire pour passer de bonnes vacances. La vue de la terrasse est magnifique. La petite route a proximité longeant la costa verde jusqu'à piscinas est magnifique. Plein de plages et de criques a voir dans les environs.

14 Sonnentage in Torre dei Corsari

Das Haus liegt in einer traumhaften Umgebung mit Blick auf das Meer. In Torre dei Corsari selbst gibt es drei Strände. 2 Buchten und einen langen Sandstrand direkt an den Dünen. Der Gehweg vom Haus zur Bucht 1 dauert ca. 5 Minuten, da es dort einen Weg zwischen den Häusern entlang gibt. Zu Bucht 2 läuft man ca. 15 Minuten. Beide Buchten sind zu 80%Kiesstrand.Hier sind Bade-/Schwimmschuhe zu empfehlen. Zum Sandstrand sind wir immer mit dem Auto gefahren um alles mitzubekommen. Laufzeit auch hier ca. 15 Minuten. Die Buchten eignen sich hier auch hervorragend zum schnorcheln. Wir waren die ersten Mieter nach Covit19. Das Dorf hat einen Supermarkt und 3 Restaurants plus die Möglichkeiten der 3 Strandbars. Alle weiteren Restaurants waren geschlossen oder sind Konkurs gegangen. Der nächst größere Supermarkt ist ca. 30 Autominuten entfernt. Ausflüge nach Cagliari oder Oristano sowie Sehenswürdigkeiten in der Umgebung lohnen sich immer. Wir waren schon mehrfach auf Sardinien. Sonst immer im Bereich Süd-/Ostküste und diesmal erstmals an der Westküste. Landschaftlich ist die Costa Verde wunderschön und wird ihrem Namen voll gerecht. Das Haus besitzt eine Außendusche(Top), eine herrliche Grillmöglichkeit, Klima und Waschmaschine. Alles in allem eine Top-Unterkunft, die nur zu empfehlen ist. Super Sauber und es fehlt an nichts. Der Vermieter ist immer erreichbar falls etwas fehlen oder defekt gehen sollte. Traut euch, ihr werdet mit Sicherheit nicht enttäuscht 👍👍

Einfach perfekt

Casa pulita e arredata in maniera adeguata. Materassi comodi e antiallergici. Una fantastica doccia all'aperto nel retro della casa un lusso dopo la giornata al mare. E po' Gianfranco gentile e disponibile per ogni possibile problema. Esperienza da ripetere. Ciao Gianfranco e grazie tante !

Wunderschönes Ferienhaus in perfekter Lage

Absolute Empfehlung für alle, die Ruhe und Entspannung suchen! Wir waren vom 09.05.-23.05.2019 in Torre dei Corsari. Das Ferienhaus ist sehr stilvoll und mit Liebe zum Detail gestaltet worden. Das Haus ist sehr gepflegt, wie neu, und es fehlt dort an nichts - man fühlt sich sofort wie zuhause. Genial ist natürlich die große Terrasse mit Meerblick (bis zur Costa Verde und weiter) in Süd-Westausrichtung. Hier kann man sich ohne weiteres den ganzen Tag aufhalten. Wir haben es auch sehr genossen, jeden Tag mit einer Dusche unter der Aussendusche hinter dem Haus zu beginnen, mit Morgensonne : )). Im nahen Ortskern von Torre dei Corsari erhält man alles, was man benötigt (5 Minuten zu Fuß) . Auch die kleinen Buchten und der große Strand von Torre sind in direkter Nähe. Wir hatten ein perfektes Urlaubsdomizil als Ausggangspunkt für viele Wanderungen und Erkundungstouren im Süd-Westen Sardiniens. Wir danken Gianfranco und seinem Sohn Alessandro sehr für den herzlichen Empfang und die besonders nette Betreuung während unseres Aufenthalts. Ganz viele liebe Grüße an dieser Stelle nach Sardegna!
