Pleasant Stay

Pleasant stay at villa Talia! Excellent customer service when requested help! The house was clean, in good condition and the location was good as well.

The property was clean and well presented- in a good location- and George was helpful and responsive from villas 2 let.The pool was spoilt by a ring of yellow tiles around the edge/surface- put us off using it. Utensils were "adequate" but whole place would struggle with more than 4 guests, even though advertises for 6. Seating for 4 really in the lounge only- was a little tired and smelly. There was a constant noise through the night of, we think "water pump" - and whilst we reported it and it was improved- still about every 45 minutes. I would suggest this is an ongoing problem as when reported, i was advised that a new pump had been fitted previously.

Pool and bathroom condition

Windows on first floor could not all be locked so should be checked. We didn't ask George to fix them cause we forgot. I am sure if we did he would respond and have the maintenance send over. The condition of the pool is not as good. The plastic floor is yellow on the sides and the one bathroom has scratches all over. Other than that the house was in good condition, in perfect location and very comfortable.

everything was nice and in good condition except for the below points: we had to change all batteries for all air conditioning units and the TV the curtains need washing the gray sofa in the sitting area needs cleaning and not comfortable at all. Also it is torn the wine glasses in the kitchen cupboards were not clean, we had to wash them all over again the gray covers of the garden furniture were dirty
