Fantastic location, quiet, great river and trails which was what we wanted. Place was very clean and even left us a welcome card and food package. Would definitely book again
Absolutely wonderful accommodation!! Only thing I could say would be a few small blankets for our laps on cool evenings would have been nice.

Dear Debra, Many thanks for your comments and feedback. We do provide blankets when the weather gets colder. In the summer months, the central heating comes on in the evening and guests are welcome to light both wood burning stoves. The place soon gets cosy!
After much searching I came across this gem of a place, the inn is situated in a gorgeous rural setting and absolutely beautiful. It is well resourced and the games room and bar were a huge hit with everyone
The owners attention to detail is second to none, right from the moment we walked through the door we felt at home, a beautiful welcome basket was provided along with a lovely hand written note.
We will definitely be back
House was very comfortable and well equipped and organized; loved the bar area and that there were several rooms to relax in. There was a really great welcome basket of basics plus treats which we all appreciated. Fabulous area to stay in and we loved walking up the hill near the house every morning, as well as the little loop walk along the river and through the back roads. It's also well worth driving to Rannoch Station; lovely drive along the loch and a great tea room at the end! Owners very responsive and helpful. We would definitely recommend a stay here
Sure! Here’s a polished review you could post:⸻Review:Our stay at this property in Scotland was absolutely amazing! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the warm welcome and the charm of the place. The surroundings are breathtaking, with stunning views that made every morning special. The property itself is beautifully maintained, spotless, and full of character, making it feel both cozy and luxurious. We stayed for 3 days, and every moment was peaceful and relaxing. The location is perfect — close enough to explore local attractions but tucked away enough to enjoy complete tranquility. The hosts were incredibly friendly and helpful, going out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed.Overall, it was a truly memorable experience, and we can’t wait to return. Highly recommended for anyone looking to enjoy the beauty and hospitality of Scotland!

About the host
Hosted by Host
Mary-Ann and Bob look forward to welcoming you to the Struan Inn Self-Catering Lodge. Retaining many original features, the historic Lodge is tastefully decorated in a Victorian hunting-lodge style. A former traditional Scottish Inn built in the 1860's, the property is spacious with a variety of areas in which guests can gather and socialise. In particular, the Old Bar has been retained with its wood burning stove and impressive elm-wood bar and gantry, complete with clan crests.
Despite its size, however, the Lodge has a cozy atmosphere and offers comfortable accommodation across its bright and airy en-suite bedrooms. Surrounded by beautiful countryside, the Lodge is a delightful rural retreat.
