Short Stay for a wedding

Overall Happy Days accommodation was very comfortable. The only thing I would say is that the crockery needs a little updating as there quite a lot of chipped plates and mugs, and a few of the towels had seen better days.

Great Holiday Cottage for Touring the South Coast

Nice place, comfortable and well equipped. Good location with Yapton having food local services. Can recommend the Chippy. Good for touring the south coast and surrounding area.

Our stay in Yapton

House was nice and modern and had the basics that we would expect but felt it was spoilt by too much unnecessary and bulky furniture. So many glass display cabinets and I felt the glass display cabinet in the bedroom was dangerous if you stumbled in the dark at night. Bin lid was broken and wouldn’t shut so we had to put something on top of it to keep the lid closed. Washer, dryer and dishwasher were good to have. Stayed in West Sussex many times but did not feel that Yapton was for us. Nothing to do there and had to drive to get anywhere of interest.

Lovely stay over Christmas

We really enjoyed our stay in Yapton visitng family over Christmas. The house was really well-equipped and in an ideal location for us. It was quiet and spacious. We are looking forward to coming back in the future.

Awesome Find

Awesome find, excellent location, parking for 2/3 cars, everything you need within the property, very comfortable. Downstairs toilet which was great, saves running up and down stairs. Plenty of room for guests, there was only two of us, but would easily accommodate 4/5 people. On arrival there was an information folder with everything you needed to know, easy to navigate. Yapton is a good location, easy reach to Barnham where you have local shops and take aways, Chichester & Worthing within easy reach. Henry Adams were helpful and professional and assisted with our requirements, they also were on hand if needed and if any issues, I would have no hesitation in recommending the property, host and agents.

Sehr schön

Sehr schöner Urlaub, das Haus hat alles was man braucht. Was wir persönlich etwas störend fanden wsren doe vielen persönlichen Sachen vom Besitzer und das einfach ohne zu klingeln der Fensterputzer im Garten stand. Wir haben es bemerkt gott sei dank.
