VILLA SILVANA,
Hidden in the blooming nature, on a super panoramic position, on top of a small promontory stands
VILLA SILVANA. Thanks to its predominant position, its dimensions and its crenellated tower, the
villa has historically been known as “Castello Gentile or Castello di San Montano”.

Distancing only 4 km from the center of Sorrento and at 1 km from the main square of Massa
Lubrense, only a few steps away from the sea, surrounded by the typica vegetation of Riviera San
Montano, on a private compound of 2500sqm, characterized by centennial olive trees and citruses,
stands VILLA SILVANA, internally the villa is almost 1000sqm, but only 450sqm are currently in
use and recently renewed (spring of 2023).

Luxurious, classic and sober the villa’s style is redefined by granites, marble, stones typical of the
Vesuvius and refined woods, furnished with design furniture, fine paintings dating from the end of
the last century and antique pieces. The villa was designed and realized by one of the main
characters of the academy of architecture of Naples.

It’s possible to get to the villa and to its main entrance on car, even as big as SUV or vans. The
garden, the pool and the main floor are all accessible without needing to go up any steps. Up to 4
cars can be parked inside the gated property. If needed other parking spaces are available other
floors of the villa’s garden.

The sea it’s only a short and easy walk away from the villa, otherwise the studding villa’s infinity
pool, of circa 80sqm, the pool also has a jacuzzi incorporated, but more importantly it is very
panoramic on the whole Gulf of Naples. The solariums surrounding the pool, the balconies (both
on the ground and first floor) and all the external areas are furnished with quality pieces like
sunbeds, tables and chairs, sofas set, pillows etc. in a number exceeding the one of the guests.

The whole villa is super panoramic, luminous and exclusive. The extent of the common spaces,
both on the inside and outside allow privacy and a view, in the silence of nature, to all the guests.
There also are common spaces that allow all the guests to enjoy time together.

The villa has 5 bedrooms, 2 of which are suite, with joint living room/bedroom. All the bedrooms
have a private bathroom.
GROUND FLOOR,
The ground floor (180sqm) includes an open space living room/dining room and a closed off
kitchen. The living area has sofas, seating up to 20 people, and a smart TV where the guests can
enjoy their favorite shows, a granite and durmast wood dining table, seating up to 12 people, a
white marble gaming/working table and a fireplace. The kitchen is spacious and well equipped, and
on the outside, on the wrap around porch there is an elegant marble and wrought-iron table and
chairs, seating up to 8 people, where the guests can enjoy all the meals of the day, while being
seated right in front of the sea. In front of the kitchen there is a guest bathroom.


FLOOR MINUS ONE,
On the floor down stairs from the ground floor, there are two beautiful rooms with an extraordinary
view on both Capri and the villa’s garden. Both rooms are spacious, well-lit and they each have
their own bathroom, with typical mediterranean style tiles.

FIRST FLOOR, THE BEDROOMS,
On the first floor there are a bedroom and a suite. The has a walk-in closet and a private bathroom
with both a shower and a bathtub. The room also has 2 private balconies, one with access from the
bedroom and a view on Capri, the other with access from the bathroom and a view on the Gulf of
Naples. Both balconies are furnished with both sofas and lounge chairs. The suite is formed by two
bedrooms and a bathroom, that is joined to the main bedroom. The bathroom has typical
Mediterranean style tiles and it has a tub-shower combo. The two rooms of the suite both have
access to the biggest balcony of the floor, furnished with both sofas and lounge chairs, with a view
of the typical coastline of the Costiera.

SECOND FLOOR, THE ATTIC SUITE,
The attic is fully occupied by a suite. The hallway leads from the staircase to the living room,
furnished with a pull-out sofa bed. The main bedroom is spacious and well-lit by the multiple
windows that have a view on both Capri and the coastline. In the hallway between the living room
and the bedroom there also is a walk-in closet and bathroom with a large shower. The whole floor
has tiles in the typical Mediterranean style pattern, differentiating it from the rest of the villa that has
either marble or granite flooring.

TO BE NOTED:
At the villa there also is an employee of ours that upkeep the exterior of the villa following daily tasks, but during his time there he is also able to help you out with whatever need you might have (calling a taxi, suggestions or helpful hand).

The villa can host up to 16 people with an additional cost.

All the room are equipped with an air conditioning system.
