This 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom penthouse apartment on the Mar Menor Boulevard has a large and sunny lounge/ diner with patio doors leading onto a covered tiled terrace where you can enjoy views over the countryside.
This is a great apartment in a fantastic location.
There are an abuncance of restaurants on the boulevard too – including (to name a few):
- Shamrock ( Indian Menu in the evenings with Guinness and Murphy's Red on
Tap), pool table and darts and six screens showing sports
- Number 6 - Exquisite cuisine and cocktail lounge
- La Perla Negra (The Black Pearl) theme bar
- Route 66 American Diner with pool table and showing sports events
- La Gustosa Italian & Pizzeria Restaurant
- Tasty Bites offering Indian & Continental Cuisine
8 mins drive to Los Alcazares – beautiful safe beaches, bars and restaurants
