The sandy beaches are on a 5-minute drive along a smooth new road offering great views of Cape Kaliakra. The villa welcomes international guests from the golf community, as well as families looking for a peaceful seaside holiday. It is fully detached and fully air-conditioned and secured with an alarm system.

The villa (220 sq.m.) has a modern look, with elements of traditional old Bulgarian architecture and a 3-storey English house. Consists of:
