This apartment is located on the ground floor and is equipped for 4 persons. The entrance provides access to two spacious bedrooms, one with twin beds and one with two single beds. On arrival we ensure that the beds are freshly made for you. The modern bathroom has a walk-in shower and sink. In addition, there is a separate guest toilet. The spacious and attractively furnished living room has a comfortable sitting area and a Smart TV with foreign channel. From the living room you also have access to the spacious and covered south-facing terrace with luxurious, comfortable garden furniture, where you can enjoy the beautiful view of the lively marina and the Veerse Meer until the late hours. The spacious, luxuriously fitted kitchen is equipped with comfortable built-in appliances, including an induction hob, an oven/grill, a fridge with freezer compartment and a Nespresso coffee machine. There is also a separate room with a washing machine and dryer. There is room for your (electric) bicycles in the indoor storage room. Your pet is very welcome in this apartment. There is one cot and one high chair available as standard.

There are two Ecotap charging points for charging your electric car at the Résidence Marina car park and at the marina's general car park. The charging station can be used against payment by means of a charging card.
