"Impéria 10" is a 3-room apartment of 51 m2 situated on the 2nd floor, partly renovated in 2016 and furnished in a simple yet comfortable style. The property accommodates a maximum of 5 guests across 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The living and dining room serves as the central gathering space, featuring a sofabed measuring 136 cm in width and 193 cm in length, and providing direct access to the balcony. The first bedroom contains 2 single beds, each measuring 90 cm in width and 200 cm in length, and also opens onto the balcony with a south-facing position. The second bedroom is a small children's room of 4 m2, equipped with 1 set of bunk beds measuring 90 cm in width and 185 cm in length, and likewise benefits from balcony access and a south-facing orientation. The bathroom facilities consist of a bath with WC and a separate shower with WC. A large south-facing balcony of 14 m2 extends the living space outdoors and is furnished with terrace furniture, offering beautiful views of the lake and the surrounding mountains.

Amenities Included

This vacation rental is well equipped to ensure a comfortable and convenient stay.
