The apartment is a large studio flat with a double bed, sofa and TV, and a separate fully equipped kitchenette with microwave, kettle and coffee machine. The bathroom has a shower. Free WiFi. Perfect for a couple. The apartment is for the exclusive use of guests and overlooks a corridor flanked by other apartments. In this common area you will find the cleaning material, should you need it. Check-in takes place online: after booking you will be sent a link for an online procedure at the end of which you will be provided with an access code for using a numeric keypad. The self check-in procedure consists in filling out a form on our Krossbooking Guest Portal, to which you attach a photo of a document. Alternatively, it is possible to request the verification of documents via video chat. You can still contact our Customer Care from 8.30 to 19.30, at the contact details that will be provided at check-in. After 19.30 we will only receive urgent communications via email. Arriving by car is not recommended as the apartment is located in the ZTL and street parking is limited. If you still decide to use the car, our Customer Service will be happy to provide you with all the information for using the ZTL and the address of a private parking 300 meters from the building.
