Located in the Torrelaguna textile urbanization, about 450 meters from Las Marinas-Bolaga beach, with a community swimming pool and landscaped areas, and close to bars, restaurants and supermarkets.
There is a bus stop nearby so you can visit nearby towns such as Garrucha, Villaricos and Mojácar. The Cabo de Gata-Níjar Natural Park and the Mini Hollywood theme park are less than 1 hour by car.
