Bluebell Cottage is a mid-terraced property, nestled within the prestigious development of The Old Vicarage near the mediaeval village of Little Walsingham. This late Georgian Rectory features wonderful communal woodland and grounds extending to approximately two and a half acres - perfect for the dog! A picturesque relaxing bolthole in a tranquil location - with a beach hut available too - it is ideal for a family or group of friends for short and long breaks.

Enter the property into a well-equipped, contemporary open-plan kitchen/ diner, following the natural flow to the sitting room. This space features a Smart television and electric living flame fire with doors that spill on to an enclosed, sunny garden. A gas barbecue accompanies countryside and woodland views - ideal for the children and dog to play safely while the grown-ups relax watching the sunset and listening for the sound of calling owls. On the first floor are three spacious, comfortable bedrooms; the master boasts a king-size bed, ornamental fireplace, dressing room and an en-suite shower, bedroom two features a double bed with wonderful rural views, and, in bedroom three, occupants can enjoy the same views and 3' twin beds. The family bathroom has a bath with shower over. There is also basement storage for bicycles.

Bluebell Cottage is in a wonderfully situated to explore all that this area of Norfolk has to offer. Enjoy woodland access on your doorstep, a pleasant walk to the village centre to sample popular public houses, a village shop, cafes and a renowned farm shop. Plus, you are only a short drive away from the traditional, unspoilt seaside town of Wells-next-the-Sea, famous for a stunning, sandy Blue Flag beach, quirky colourful beach huts and seaside amenities.

The owners of Bluebell Cottage have a beach hut on the dog friendly area of Wells beach, which, if available, can be booked at preferential rates. Please organise rental of the beach hut directly with the owners.
